Welcome to our slice of country within the Chattanooga Valley. This modern farmhouse is brand new and is centrally located. Located 3 miles from Camp Jordan and 12 miles from Downtown Chattanooga. This 4 bed/3 bath home boasts a functional layout perfect for family and friends and will comfortably sleep 8 guests. Home resides on a gorgeous 1.5 acre property with outdoor amenities: grill, four porch rocking chairs and patio seating are available for you to relax and take in the country sounds.

Great Stay in Chattanooga Area

This place is great and as seen online. Owners were very responsive. Nicely decorated and furnished and we loved the fireplace for our December stay. Worked perfectly for our family with great bedrooms and open great room seating areas. Plenty of parking too.

Thanksgiving for family

The house has a perfect big spacious den with dining and kitchen. Perfect for conversation while cooking and eating. An upstairs that was perfect for couple with new baby. Big TVs in every room. Master suite was perfect for aging parents. Well stocked.

Family trip

The house was very spacious with lots of amenities. It was close to Chattanooga and easy to get to off the interstate. All rooms had king size beds. The beds were firmer than I would prefer but one did have a pillow top so it worked well. In the pictures, we saw a hot tub but it looks as if it was taken out. We were a little disappointed about that. I messaged the owner the day before asking about the hot tub but didn’t receive a response. She may not have received the message and didn’t try again. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful home noisy neighbor hood

Home was very comfortable. We enjoyed our evening time there. During the day though the neighbors dog would bark constantly . It was very unsettling.

Beautiful house and very accommodating

The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for 2 families to come together and stay while in town. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend these hosts and their house to anyone looking for a large home to stay at.

Perfect Retreat for Our Family

Large, spacious, and very clean! The decor and amenities are great, and the host is responsive to needs. The check in and check out process were both great. Two neighbors have roosters, and we loved their morning wake up greetings. The property is quiet and well kept. Highly recommended for the family looking for a home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfy couch & well-stocked

We were in the area for a softball tournament. The set up of the house was perfect for us: large open area with an incredibly comfortable couch, bedroom upstairs with bathroom for the girls and downstairs bedrooms & bathrooms good for the adults. The walls were thin and we could hear snoring with doors closed. The front yard was nice and we appreciated the paved drive. However the front sometimes smelled of sewer and the animal noises were non-stop with barking and roosters crowing. The backyard was large but not useful as it has inconsistent terrain and trees in random places. There wasn’t a hot tub and that was a factor in our selection of this home as it was listed. The owners apologized but did nothing to make it right. The fire pit was missing a knob so we couldn’t make it work. Responses to questions were often hours after questions were asked. The house was well-stocked. Overall it was fine but I would look for a different place if we returned to the area.

Had a great stay and highly recommend

This home is modern, fresh and clean and nicely decorated. It had a great layout for our family (all adults) to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Wi-fi was plenty strong for us to "work from home" a bit each day. Host had lots of extra touches, and didn't skimp on things like toilet paper. No long list of cleaning chores at check out. The house was located very near Chattanooga but in a smaller town, which was helpful to relax yet convenient to get to the activities in Chattanooga. Restaurants were less than 10 minutes away (we suggest Vocelli pizza, yum). We had no complaints at all and loved our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks to Kerry for being a great host.

Ironman visit

Our group got bigger last minute for the Ironman and it was the perfect distance from downtown Chattanooga & plenty of space in the house. Great outdoor space for kids too!

Great house for youth tournament weekends

We had a soccer tournament at Camp Jordan and booked Country Gem because of the location. The location was exactly what we wanted - about 5 min from the fields. The house itself was really nice and well-equipped. It was a great place, and we will definitely book again next time we need a house in the area.

Home away from home

Great Space

Lovely spacious home near Chattanooga

My family and I had a great week exploring Chattanooga Tennessee and Atlanta Georgia. The owners were easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. The home was close to every where we needed to go close by. There was 7 of us and plenty of room for us all. Enjoyed the hot tub and the large kitchen. The property was in a secure neighborhood and well stocked. Would stay again.

Beautiful spacious home!

This home is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! Dimmable lighting, xbox, all smart tvs w apps, firepit on deck. We stayed for 4 nights and was mear minutes from downtown chatanooga! Grocery store w pharmacy and gas station litetally 3 min away. The host was fantastic. Absolutely no issues. Fire pit needed more propane and she was so quick.. much quicker than we needed or anticipated. Communication was so easy and so responsive! One of the easiest check out lists I've every seen. Highly recommend this host and definitely this beautiful spacious home! We appreciate making our stay fantastic ! Thank you!

Perfect stay!

We rented this house for our family, brother, sisters, son and daughter in law for our daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect place: large and comfy family room, large kitchen well equipped, and a Food City grocery store less than a mile away which made it great for groceries and make meals together. Extremely convenient to Ringgold, GA, and Chattanooga, TN. The place is quiet so we all had a good rest after the wedding. We all enjoyed it very much! Oh, and we loved the rooster and donkey next door!

Great home

This property was perfect for our weeklong World Series softball trip. It was great to come home to in the evenings after long days of the hot fields the house was clean beds were comfortable and communication with property owners was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Great space, newer home, great communication

We were in town with family for a week in Chattanooga. This place was easy to get in and out of town and to all of our activities. Owners communicated great. Home sits in a rural neighborhood. Get used to farm animal sounds if staying. The roosters at the neighboring property were quaint, but surprisingly non-stop. Hot tub and back patio were a nice way to end the evenings.

Sibling reunion

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family. It was well-stocked with amenities and useable supplies. We had one minor issue and the hosts were accessible and addressed it quickly. We had a wonderful visit and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay for a small group.

Family getaway

Loved the decor and open floor plan of the home. Plenty of room for us. Not far from Lookout Mountain/Rock City and downtown Chattanooga.

We bought this home because it is right outside the city limits and easy access to any part of town. However, it has ample space to enjoy our little slice of nature.
