Pioneer Village is the "perfect" spot for your stay in Pawhuska. It is located 2 blocks from downtown-within walking distance of the Mercantile and other attractions. The 4 homes are newly constructed by JL&Associates-contractors of the Mercantile and Lodge. The cathedral ceilings and warm furnishings will make you feel right at home. The Village can house up to 16 people-perfect for a family gathering or a small group-with additional options available in close proximity. Come stay with us! Each home consists of two bedrooms and large bath. The open living space with cathedral ceilings will make you want to "kick back and relax" and enjoy your stay. We provide "extras" such as bottled water and Keurig coffee makers with coffee bar. Welcome to Osage County-#TheSmilesAreAlwaysFree Entire home Host lives very close in proximity to Pioneer Village. I am available by phone or text to address any questions or concerns. Self Check-in is available. Pioneer Village is located only two blocks from downtown Pawhuska. The Mercantile and other attractions are within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood that offers many additional bed and bath options for groups or families. No public transportation available. However, we can pick up guests at Pawhuska Airport with prior arrangements. Gem in Pawhuska

Very cute! Exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and reclining furniture for watching tv--nice large tv. Large well stocked bathroom. Nice kitchen. Perfect location. You will not be disappointed!

Prairie viewing

From seeing bison on the tall grass prairie, to learning of the history of the area, to eating delicious food, our visit to Pawhuska was most enjoyable. Our pioneer cottage was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Anniversary Trip

Great little cottage. A very relaxing stay. Beds were super comfy. It was very clean. We didn’t cook or anything, but it had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again if we return to the area. Hostess was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Anniversary vacation

Mother/Daughter trip

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place. The space was great for the few days we spent in Pawhuska. The beds were comfy and great amount of space in the home. The house is centrally located and we were able to walk to town very easily. Michelle is a great host and very responsive!

Girls Weekend

The house was nice, clean, and comfortable. The advertising said a 4:00 PM check in and it was 4:20 before we could check in. Also, it listed snacks and there were none. Coffee pods were supplied along with powdered creamer, sweet ‘n low, and sugar.

Fun Getaway

Came and enjoyed a three night get away in Pawhuska. The house was terrific- roomy, super clean, and close to everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to downtown and a short drive to Bartlesville to check out Frank Lloyd Wright’s building, the Lodge on the Drummond Ranch, and the Tall Grass Prairie Reserve to see the bison herds. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Michelle was a terrific host . Would absolutely stay here again!

Great and convenient stay

The pictures do not do this place justice. Incredibly clean, beautiful and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook - but seemed every amenity you need. We were walking distance to the merc and shops. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Nice front porch to sit and relax. This is a gold star and I’d stay here again. There were only two of us but it’s much larger than I expected and would be comfortable for more. Thank you!!!

Pawhuska Hello

This was a first time to visit Pawhuska. We found this beautiful home and were so pleased. The entire home is comfortable and relaxing. It is convenient to the downtown area. Our check in was so easy with the communication of Michelle. I have only praise for property and its management.

Sister weekend

My sisters and I had such a great time in Pawhuska. Location was great and close to nearby attractions. Cottage was clean and stocked with everything you would need. Property manager was swift with responses and made sure we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Girls Trip to Pioneer Woman spots

We loved the house. It was perfect for just the two of us and only took a 9 minute walk to the square. The house smelled clean when we arrived and the beds were so comfortable. I enjoyed the cats but there was ALOT of them in the neighborhood. They were friendly and didn’t bother us.
