Overall a great place! It is off the main congestion and near some great food options. Constructive criticism would be providing more beach items like beach towels, boogie boards, and chairs, etc. It was safe and well maintained.

Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks Marla for helping us to find a beautiful place to stay. The condo was a nice roomy condo. I have to use a rollator which was no problem. Truly enjoyed the extra large shower in master bedroom. Kitchen was very nice. Someone had burned something in skillet & cookie sheet. We cleaned them up a good bit but we were able to still use them. The balcony was wonderful to enjoy sunrise & sunsets. We will be back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay in Fort Morgan when we go to the beach, but this was our best stay yet! We discovered the condos a few years ago (accidentally) when we were going on a long morning beach walk. After deciding to book a last minute trip and our normal unit wasn’t available I decided to look up the hidden gem we discovered. SO glad we decided to book somewhere new and this will be our new spot for years to come!! Wonderful unit and complex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Martinque. The condo was beautifully decorated, and we had a wonderful stay here. I had issue with plug in switch in the Queen size bedroom not wanting to work the switch was little loose it finally worked with my hair dryer. The condo was very nice.

Great escape to very peaceful surroundings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 loves Martinique! Our condo could’ve been a little better organized in kitchen but nice appliances. Too much stuff in cabinets & the whole decor was way too much Hobby Lobby. Too many things in every wall. We had lots of trouble getting sliding door to deck open but glad we had strong men with us. Air conditioning went out but guy was very prompt to take care of it in timely manner. Great location with beautiful view. Great restaurants close by too.

Sisters and Daughter Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful pre-birthday present for me. We had a wonderful time just chilling and enjoying our company. The condo was beautiful and spacious with a great view and vibe. The only problem we had was with the A/C unit but it was resolved right away. The door to the balcony was tricky because it would lock us out if it closed all the way. Fortunately the other door to the master bedroom was open. Also the faucet in the kitchen was hard to keep from dripping if not finagled with.

Another great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the two-week stay. I think this makes ten or twelve years we've stayed at various locations in Martinique. The location and weather were perfect. The amenities were good, and the extra ice maker was terrific. The only complaint is the floors were filthy, though presumably the previous tenant paid - like we did - for a cleaning fee. The first night, we took the grandkids out of the bath and they'd run around barefoot inside the unit. Before bedtime, the soles of their feet were black from what they picked up from the floor, telling me the floors had not been mopped for weeks or months. We found a mop and cleaned the floor ourselves. Way too much to pay in cleaning fees to have the floors ignored.

Unit Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the surface, the unit looked clean. But on closer inspection it was not. The tile floor was very very dirty. My grandsons feet were black when they played without socks on and when I took off their socks off they were literally black. Also the rugs were dirty. I washed one bathroom rug that was obviously soiled and gray and it came out clean. The other rugs did not look washable. The kitchen did seem clean and the appliances were fairly new. I would not stay in this unit again.
