This is an older condo that’s been refurbished nicely. Very spacious. All new appliances. Bathrooms nice too and plenty of towels. Nice porch and view of canal. Close to downtown and shopping. The only drawback were the beds. They need to be sturdier versus a light duty frame and mattress.

Great apartment in PGI! Recently rented this apartment for a quick weekend trip to visit family. The apartment was great! It had plenty of room, well decorated and clean. I wish we could have stayed there longer to just relax and enjoy the sun and the porch. Would definitely stay again!

Photos of the property were spot on everything was in place as pictured. I would suggest up grading the pillows and the cleaning crew could do a better job with cleaning under the bed and in the laundry room next to the dryer. The toilet paper holders were falling apart in both bathrooms. I would suggest beach chairs a nice option for travelers with a week or more stay. Thanks Maggie for everything you were great to work with.

Great host! Maggie was great with communication and answering questions quickly. Great location in beautiful Punta Gorda Isles. Canal with dock in backyard, and access to Charlotte Harbor/Peace River. Spacious, well appointed condo with screened lanai.

Great outdoor seating!

I initially chose to book our stay here because of the outdoor seating area. I’m so glad we stayed here because that seating area is where we spent most of our time when we were there. The place was clean, felt spacious, and was in a great location, not being too far away from the downtown area. Will recommend this place to others in the future.

A pleasant place to stay

Other than a couple check in glitches the Condo was just as described. It has been remodeled somewhat and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean.

Perfection!

This property was exactly as advertised and was absolutely perfect for our stay. The property was lovely and coffee on the lanai every morning watching the fish jump in the water was everything I dreamed! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the area.

Clean, well maintained. We enjoyed the enclosed patio to sit and watch the canal. Easy check and check out. Rooms were bright and comfortable.

Great place !

My husband and I came to Punta Gorda for some medical procedures I needed. When we had to stay longer for medical reasons, Maggie was very helpful. We truly appreciate all the help we got so we didn’t have to move. This is a great place close to anywhere you want to go in Punta Gorda. The neighborhood is great! Thank you so much for making our stay stress free!

Visit to Punta Gorda

Overall the stay was great. I come down to Florida to visit my son from time to time but sometimes he has to work so while he's working, I would like to enjoy being outside. Since this is by the water I was hoping to be able to sit close to it but unfortunatley the back area is sloped so there is no where to put a chair outside. That would be the only downfall. Otherwise the place was clean and very comfortable. Property manager/owner was very accommodating with an early check in. I would return.

I’m very disappointed with the check-in process and overall communication from this host. I booked through Expedia and sent a message about 10 hours before my arrival, but never received any response. I also called twice and no one answered. When I arrived after 7 PM, I still had no check-in instructions. No one contacted me at all during my entire 4-day stay. I was left trying to figure things out on my own, and without help from another person, I would have had to go find a hotel. To make matters worse, I never received Wi-Fi information, and basic amenities like an iron were not available, which made my stay very inconvenient. Now after my stay, I received a message saying this was my fault because they supposedly sent messages through another platform (something like “Vivo”), which I do not use and never signed up for. If I booked through Expedia, all communication should be sent through Expedia or directly to my email. Interestingly, they were able to email me about checkout, so clearly they had my contact information. On a positive note, the surrounding area and location were nice. However, due to the lack of communication, poor check-in experience, and missing basic amenities, I would not stay here again.
