Very nice spot and relaxing with the pool and being on the canal, originally wanted to stay close to Atlantic but decided we wanted space and calmness which is what we had. Kitchen well equipped, appreciated the pool towels, grill…super clean home! easy uber rides to FAU for parents weekend and nights out in Delray.

not only classy and cozy but comfortable and convenient

we've stayed in several places in that area in recent years, this one is the best ever. Nice amenities, clean, solid neighborhood, close to beach and downtown Delray. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to do a return visit to this property !

Week long family trip

This was a great house for our family of 4. The kitchen was well-stocked, the pool and Florida-room area of this house was amazing to hang out in, the owner responded to questions without a few minutes, the house is well-maintained, and the area around the house is nice.

Wonderful home, location, and vacation

We had a wonderful time - the home was nice and clean. This past week we did all the touristy things that South Florida has to offer, but each of us said the same thing: playing in the pool together was our favorite- and the beautiful pool and comfortably clean home made it fantastic! Lovely House on the Intercoastal

The house was very comfortable and sparkling clean. The outdoor spaces were amazing, beautiful pool and screened in room with lots of seating. The manager was so helpful, she answered all requests immediately and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay

The property was beautiful. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was as listed. The screened in porch with the outside tv and fans was a great place to escape the sun. We had a great vacation and made wonderful memories there.

Beautiful home!

10/10 recommend this host! The house is absolutely beautiful, host is very accommodating, and plenty to do in the area! The pool and outdoor porch was amazing; at times didn't want to leave the house because it was perfect! The dock with adirondack chairs was great for morning coffee on the water! We will be back!

Perfect Vacaction Spot

Absolutely loved everything about this property! It was immaculate, perfect location close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I was in town visitimg my college daughter she loved the pool and having a few home cooked meals while I was in town . Kitchen was great. I loved having my morning coffee on the dock. It was just the perfect weekend getaway! So peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. The host was so responsive and so helpful.

Perfect Family Holiday

Our family of four spent six days for Easter together here. We had a wonderful time. The weather wasn’t great, but we were so comfortable on the back porch. The only meal we ate inside was Easter Sunday dinner. We spent so much time on the back porch, napping, eating, tv, etc. Great space. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. The bathrooms are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place to stay

My wife & I, along w/ another couple stayed here from 2/25 through 3/2 and were very happy w/ our stay. The house is in wonderful condition and had been immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival. Well stocked w/ everything we needed, and more. We enjoyed coffee on the dock every morning and drinks by the pool every day. The property is within just a few minutes driving time to beaches, all kinds of restaurants & entertainment sources and MLB spring training ball parks. Nemi is very responsive and truly a delight to deal with. Thank you, Nemi. Highly recommend! 5 Stars! Mike M

Went with wife for 4 nights in late August. The home was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were modern and were equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. The location was perfect for exploring both north and south and the restaurants in the area were fantastic.And most importantly, Nemi was only a phone call or text away to answer any little problem or question. Nemi’s communication was extraordinary. Our experience couldn’t have been better.

This home made for a perfect getaway for our family of 4. The host was super responsive going above and beyond to make everything perfect from check in to check out. The community is quiet and in a perfect location to access everything from beaches to restaurants and grocery shopping. The house was clean and well stocked for our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool where we spent plenty of time. Plus, being on the canal provided for a serene and peaceful view while hanging out in the pool. We look forward to an opportunity to book another stay in the future.

Great house, even better location

We enjoyed our time at the house with family. We brought our 18 month old and found the house to be easily childproofed. She loved the tanning ledge in the pool! The neighborhood is friendly and so close to publix, parks and restaurants.

Perfect Spot!

Our stay here was wonderful, very comfortable, love the outdoor living space! The host was very responsive and helpful! Very well appointed and so appreciative of the organized kitchen and labels , we didn't have to guess anything. Decor is fresh new, modern and clean. And all the beds super comfy!
