North America's largest ski resort, Powder Mountain is just 40 miles away. Take the family to Lagoon water/amusement park; 12 miles. Also, do some great hiking and see Antelope Island National Park just 15 miles away. Medical professionals, Layton Intermountain Hospital is just 3 miles away. We are about 10 minutes from the South gate for Hill AFB come visit family. We would also love the chance to host you and your little furry friend if you need a place to stay!

Great stay in Clearview

Clean and well maintained space with friendly hosts. Easy access to backyard apartment with enclosed yard perfect for our pups. We parked on the street because parking in the driveway was a bit hard to navigate in the dark as we arrived pretty late. Great stay and thanks for hosting us!

This VRBO is clean and easy to use. It is very bright, which was really nice for a basement. It is comfortable and fit our needs perfectly.

Fantastic Stay!

Even better than advertised—the property was clean; well-appointed, and simply fantastic. The fenced backyard was a great feature for our dogs and the laundry room was great for our extended stay. I’d absolutely recommend it and would stay again if back in the area.

Cozy stay

I had surgery in a town nearby and was a great location to recover before we headed home. I loved that they had a recliner and nice kitchen to make meals.

Great 2 Bedroom

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions without delay. The basement apartment was clean and well stocked for my needs and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Utah.

Beautiful and Comfortable

We stayed one night and wish it could have been longer. The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The big screen TV and electronic fireplace were endlessly entertaining. We also used the laundry and full kitchen. We all slept well and had an enjoyable stay.

Great place great deal

Absolutely awesome! The cleaning supplies/soaps and trash bags were very appreciated! No complaints really but the gate is a bit hard to get into but we figured it out. The were more than accommodating for us extending our stay another day.

The property was just as listed. Super clean. Very comfortable. Quick response from owner/manager. I have family that just moved to the area and so I will be visiting frequently and will definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and comfortable but that's where the enjoyment stopped. The noise between the two units was overwhelming. I needed a quiet place to stay with my 2 cats while I was moving. The noise between the upstairs unit and the basement apartment was almost unbearable. My poor cats were absolutely terrified and traumatized from the noise. Although the management tried to keep the people upstairs quiet there was just no way. Just moving of a chair across the tile floor in the kitchen sounded like boulders rolling across the floor. If noise doesn't bother you , this is a great unit

Just FYI, your refrigerator runs constantly, probably affecting your electric bill slightly. This had no bearing on our stay or the survey.

Nice place but lacking some basics

This was a nice place, comfortable bed and clean. However you could not control the temperature inside the unit without contacting the manager. There is no thermostat or anyway to control the heat. Also there were not Kleenex's in the unit. Did not like the location and the yard is not well kept.

Cute house, great stay

I stayed at this house with my teenage daughter and her teammate for an out of town tournament. Great location. This is a basement apartment of a house rental with the owners upstairs. When you walk in you can tell they take great pride in the rental. All the little extra amenities were so nice, filter water pitcher in the fridge, ice in the freezer, she even provided travel shampoo products ect. Would definitely stay again. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Yes you can slightly hear the kids and dogs upstairs but I wasn’t bothered at all by it. If your looking for a good comfy spot this is it :)

I'm a mom of three, an USAF veteran and military spouse. I've always wanted to get into the short term rental space to connect guests with a great place to stay during their travels. I think travelers enjoy staying in someone's house or apartment over a hotel because each place is unique and more comfortable.

Our place is centrally located between Ogden and Salt Lake City. It is in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood. We have 3 children's parks within walking distance and a dog park within driving distance. We also have lots of parking space for our guests.

We are a family and pet friendly space. We are able to split the house between the upstairs and downstairs or rent the entire space to larger gatherings. Our home has ample parking off the street and during the summer months there is plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is great and family friendly.
