The space
Welcome to Condo Brisamar in Ventanas Residencial sits high on the hills overlooking Cabo, in the exclusive Tezal gated community with 24-hour security. It provides convenient access to the attractions of Cabo San Lucas, blending serene hillside living with proximity to fun activities. Onsite you’ll have access to the gym for a workout and then dive into relaxation with a refreshing dip in the swimming pool!

Our remodeled condo features an open concept. There’s a TV sitting area for downtime moments where you can relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the Smart TV to recharge after a long day of beach, fun and sun! If you prefer fresh air, open the wall-to-wall glass doors to connect to the private terrace overlooking the pool. It’s a great spot to enjoy a cocktail or wine as the sun goes down.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, utensils and dishware for preparing any meal of the day. Plus, the dishwasher makes for easy clean-up so that you can get back to your vacation time. The dining table can comfortably seat 6.

After a day of exploring, retreat to one of three comfy bedrooms arranged to accommodate six guests. The master suite has a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and an office desk, and they share a full bathroom. For your comfort, all rooms have air conditioning, lovely linens, plush pillows, and room-darkening shades for a good night's sleep. For freshening up, the bathrooms are stocked with quality towels and a starter kit of bath essentials like shampoo and conditioner.
