Large master bath with double sink vanity, over sized walk in shower, separate Jacuzzi tub, and private commode. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds, dressers and armoire. Both downstairs bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to a fenced patio deck. There is a full size air mattress for extra sleeping if needed. All TVs have streaming service through Spectrum for live TV, 2 bedrooms have Roku and living room also has a cable box. You can watch live TV along with all your apps.

Walk across the street to a private beach with no public access. If you're looking for more activity you can walk down the beach to local hotels with beach bars and restaurants. There are also public beaches with volleyball courts a short distance away. Enjoy swimming, sunning, snorkeling, etc. Close to restaurants, shops and bike rentals. There is a marina nearby to rent boats and jet skis. Just a short drive over the causeway to historic downtown Melbourne where there are more shops including antique shops, restaurants and nightlife. Grocery stores and Wal Mart are about a 2 minute drive from the townhouse. There is a mall with Macy's department store about 10 minutes away as well as most large chain shops and restaurants close by.

Orlando theme parks including Disney, Epcot, Universal, MGM, Sea World, etc. are about an hour drive. One hour to Orlando International Airport. Sebastian Inlet, famous for surfing is about 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral where the cruise ships dock and depart are about a 40 minute drive north. Day and casino cruises available. World famous Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach is about 30 minutes away. Daytona Beach and West Palm Beach are about a 2 hour drive. Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Jacksonville and Tampa are about a 2 1/2 to 3 hours drive.
