This 1920 built home offers a cozy charm to enjoy the covered front porch, clawfoot tub, vinyl ready stereo system, back deck, fire pit, stocked kitchen, disc golf basket, or just curl up with a book. Meanwhile, within a short drive there are adventures waiting in almost every direction: Rock Island, Cumberland Caverns, Barren Fork/Collins River, Short Mountain Distillery, Drive-in Theaters, ISHA, Stone Door, Greeter Falls, Fall Creek Falls, Center Hill Lake, Virgin Falls to name a few.

We came into town to see family. It's a nice place to visit, with large spaces to visit with family. The location is good for all kind of food close.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in McMinnville, and it was the perfect home away from home! The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located close to The Monroe on 415th, which made it ideal for our wedding weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay — highly recommend!

Spring getaway

We enjoyed our stay for the week. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The place was centrally located for us to visit several different parks in the area for hiking and waterfall viewing.

Property owner was great.Fast Communications Beautiful home.only thing that could have been better was if we had more days to stay there!we only spent one night but when we are back next year for same golf tournament will definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay for our trip home to visit family. The house had pretty much everything we needed to accommodate us all. The host was very responsive with anything we may need. Will probably book again

Work trip

My husband and I spent a couple of nights here during a work trip. It was a really neat house and conveniently located in town. The host was great as well! We will be rebooking next time we are in town.
