Welcome to the brand new Kihei Coop! This luxury beachfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was completely remodeled. Enjoy your next Hawaiian vacation in a beautiful home mere steps from the water, with spectacular sunset views from the private lanai.

Filled with designer touches, the condo is filled with modern amenities for your convenience. Stay cool via the multiple private A/C split units with separate controls in the bedrooms and living room. The bright and open kitchen has a gourmet coffee bar setup, including a gooseneck electric kettle, French press, and Keurig. For spectacular views of the ocean and beach park, the living room has floor-to-ceiling windows unencumbered by drapery. Have the best sleep of your life in the bedrooms, each having cushy Casper memory foam California king beds and blackout drapery/shades. The bathrooms each have walk-in showers with luxurious ceiling-mounted rain showerheads and bonus water wands. The beautiful finishes and contemporary furnishing all add to a luxurious home away from home.

Enjoy more privacy since the condo is on the second floor with easy access to the beach from the nearby elevators and stairs. On the premises, relish the protected swimming and snorkeling in the adjacent coastal fishpond where sea turtles frequently visit! Property amenities include a private outdoor pool, rooftop deck with 360 views (invaluable during whale-watching season), and free parking. The complex is perfectly situated in north Kihei, central to all your island adventures.

For 2025, the pool will be closed September 8-15.

Our stay at this Condo, nestled in paradise, was nothing short of incredible! The location is quiet and peaceful and the water views are amazing! The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home for the entire stay. Our boys loved the pool! The owners were quick to respond to any questions and were so helpful! Our family absolutely loved our vacation and although we didn't want to leave, we returned home feeling reset and recharged!

The Kihei Coop was the perfect set up for two couples traveling together. The location was ideal for accessing all parts of the island. Area was not crowded or touristy. The condo was clean. Check in was easy and we appreciated the towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc which were so nice for our beach days. The options for brewing coffee were appreciated by our group. It was the perfect vacation!!

Wow! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Beautifully updated condo in a perfect location! As a family with kids ages 8 and 10, we appreciated the protected swimming beach and the ease of having great food trucks nearby and of course the shaved ice. Check in and communication was easy and the condo was equipped with everything we needed!

Wonderful condo with stunning views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It was so clean and welcoming, with plenty of towels, beach chairs and a fully functioning kitchen. Our kids loved playing on the beach, which was just steps from the room. We were sad to leave, but hope to be back to stay again someday!

Great condo and perfect location

We spent a wonderful week with friends who rented at the same place. Our 8-year-old son loved the nearby beach and the pool. The condo was clean and well equipped, including a cooler bag and a parasol for the beach. We loved being so close to all shops as well. Communication was great, too! We actually didn't need much help after we checked in because everyone was perfect.

Wonderful condo with all you need!

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and very well-kept apartment. Everything was tip-top and to our complete satisfaction.The location in Kihei is central and yet very quiet with a great view of the sea.The complex as a whole is somewhat larger but very well maintained and very well managed.Helen and Mark were very good hosts who always kept us well informed and responded quickly.We would like to thank you very much for letting us spend our days on Maui in your great condominium.Vielen Dank!

Perfect Condo in a 10/10 Location

This place was perfect for two adult couples. We each had our own full bathroom and king bed. It was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) & everything we needed to cook and feel at home for 10 days. Location was perfect and convenient to everything you'd want on Maui. Appliances were all new - ice maker in the refrigerator was clutch, the blender worked perfectly for mixed drinks, washer/dryer were new and large. Hope to be back soon and will absolutely be staying here!

What a beautiful place!

We had an amazing stay at Helen & Mark’s place! The home was spotless, centrally located, and offered a stunning view that made our trip even more enjoyable. Their communication was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. Tasteful and Well-Appointed Condo

Condo is excellent! Helen & Mark have created a beautiful home away from home. Description and pics are accurate, but here are some extra details and notes.—Unit is tasteful, well-appointed, and very clean (tho décor restricts space to set your stuff)—Ample dishes, flatware, glasses/cups, serving bowls/trays, knife block etc. (no steak knives)—Detailed instructions provided for techy appliances—Firm memory foam beds -- perfect for our taste—ABUNDANT bathroom / beach towels supplied (slightly interfered with space to hang wet items and shelves to stow clothes)—Lots of bonus items: soft sided cooler, ice packs, chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods, sand pails, etc.—Split AC units were quiet & efficient, and allowed for diff temp prefs—Loved whale-watching from lanai - pack your binoculars!Nit-Picky Stuff: Ultra MINOR items may matter to some.—Shower floor is super-slick, might be difficult if you have physical limitations.—No bathroom fan for "privacy". —Googled how to use shower controls. —Small stick vacuum provided, doesn’t lift the ever-present, ultra-fine red-brown dust. A dust broom or Swiffer would be helpful.—A second end table would be nice so all LR seating has place for beverages / snacks.Complex (outside owner’s control):—TIGHT parking spots, rent a small car!—No early morning pool time, opens @8:30.—Area is quiet, not much in walking distance, expect to drive to restaurants, shops, etc.Overall, loved Kihei Coop!! Had a wonderful time!

Floods!

Arrived just after major storm and flooding with mudslides. Excellent communication with property managers. After the rain; had unexpected water shut off due to hydrant damage not on site. The unit was as described with excellent bedding; AC; wonderful appliances - especially the never empty pitcher! Check out was smooth and very clear; with no major requests. Used beach chairs and umbrella! Dinner on lanai was superb. Loved the rooftop space.

2024 Christmas at KIhei Condo

Happy in Maui

This condo has all the amenities plus being clean and modern. Our hosts were attentive and responded quickly to all messages. The view from the lanai is awesome for spectacular sunsets. A short walk brings you to a very private beach. The pool provides an alternate swimming option and the barbecues are available for grilling. This complex is close to shopping and restaurants. All in all a lovely spot for a relaxing holiday!

Luxurious Gem in Kihei

We stayed at this gem of a home in late September. Everything was as billed. Updated, comfortable, right next to the beach and a convenient take-off/landing point to explore the wonders of Maui. The condo was super clean and had all space and amenities you need to enjoy the beach town vibe of Kihei and the beaches nearby. We really enjoyed the air conditioning in each room when we arrived home each day as it was in the 90's a few days. This renovated condo was done with a modern but stylish touch. The pictures, decor, and furnishings were tasteful and true to the island spirit. The new kitchen appliances, fridge with filtered cold water and 3 different ways to make coffee was much appreciated. We enjoyed BBQ'd steak and eggs on our last morning there. The bbq's and rest of the property are super clean and well-maintained. We did not spend a lot of time in the pool because there were too many beaches to discover. Parking was easy. This is a central location to get the local feel of the chill community and offers the advantage of not having to spend a fortune in a sterile resort. Highly recommend doing the sunrise at Haleakala for an "ahaaa" experience. We hope to be back to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the lanai of this beautiful home and the cool Kihei spirit again soon. Mahalo!

Great Stay and Location!

Great accommodations. Condo is stocked with everything you need and more. Generous supplies from laundry pods to extra beach towels. Loved the dual zone AC. Great location on Kihei Rd. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. We didnt want to leave. Would highly recommend!!!

Absoluetly LUV'd the property, location, hosts & turtles!

The property was in one word....PERFECT! As depicted. Zero surprises. The sunrise and sunset views of an unobstructed beach, palm trees, bay and not to mention...Sea Turtles resting on the sand/rocks each morning (5m walk)...were AMAZING. Helen and Mark were OUTSTANDING! The property hosts were extremely flexible with several of our “unique requests” and responded to all of our msgs immediately. Will definitely stay at this property (Room#) again. Northside of Kihei was a good choice with easy access to all roads for island exploration. A 15m direct shot to the airport, too. Our condo is nestled in the heart of Kihei, on the sunny South Shore of Maui, where breathtaking white sand beaches are at your doorstep! Enjoy the excellent swimming, kite surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and whale watching!

The property is adjacent to the ancient Hawaiian coastal fish pond of Ko`ie`ie, a historic landmark still used to this day for fishing and recreation. Within the protection of the fish pond's walls and offshore reefs, swimmers enjoy the calmer surf, learn to snorkel and when lucky, spot some anae (mullet), awa (milkfish) and honu (sea turtles).

A private swimming pool is also on the grounds, next to a sun bathing deck, floor shuffleboards, picnic tables and grills. Dotted with palm trees and well-manicured grass, the grounds are perfect for strolling, socializing or sunning.

Views are stunning from multiple locations around the property. From the condo, the master bedroom and the lanai (balcony) have spectacular views of the sunset, the beach park, and the changing colors of the morning light. The oceanfront restaurant overlooks the ancient fish pond, pool area and beach. On the rooftop deck, the lounge and grill area show panoramic views of the ocean and the slopes of the 10,023-ft. dormant volcano Mt. Haleakalā, which the Hawaiians named "House of the Sun."

Guests enjoy the convenience of this centrally-located property. It is right along South Kihei Road with direct access to the rest of South Maui (Kihei, Wailea and Makena), peppered with gorgeous beaches and delicious restaurants. Being on the Northern end of Kihei, guests can easily travel to Kaanapali or Kapalua for site seeing, or drive into "town" (Kahului) to get to Costco or the airport, or travel easily to the upcountry or the Road to Hana.

Coffee lovers have access to a scale, grinder and goose-neck electric kettle for making pour-over coffees. Or make two cups with the French press.
