Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again. Every detail was thought through and provided. The location was ideal to enjoy the Durango countryside yet close to town. The restaurant recommendations were spot on, The accommodations were pristine and comfortable. The checkin and communications were seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place and location! Good distance away from town where you feel removed from the main drag, but can be downtown Durango in like 10 mins! We also went to the Durango hot springs which is less than a 5 min drive and LOVED it!

Great place at Durango

Very clean and spacious. Beautiful creek area behind cabin. Enjoyed our stay there. Reasonably priced.

The hosts could not be nicer, even a welcome gift! The house was beautiful and looks new. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything except maybe a plastic wrap or ziplock. The house was exceptionally clean and in a great location. The only reason I am not giving it a stellar review is because the mattresses we so hard. I know some people like that but we had to go to Walmart for an egg crate mattress topper after the first night. All 4 of us had aching backs after the first night, but with the toppers we were fine the rest of the stay. I didn't see that mentioned in any other reviews so it might just be us who don't like the hard mattress so take it with a grain of salt.

Sweet Dreams

Beautiful comfortable spacious setting. Photos didn’t lie…beautiful just beautiful! The amenities are all brand new and of very good quality. The owners literally thought of everything. The layout was absolutely perfect for two couples. My husband and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary during our stay. Our brother in law and spouse enjoyed every moment with us as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time to stay with the Raineys. Their property is so neat. (literally and figuratively). We love the location and accommodations are first class. We were in unit 45A this time and the only negative was the mattress was a bit too firm in this unit. Next time will get our original unit. It wasn’t available this time. Thanks Raineys!
