This was a perfect home base for getting to games downtown (Kings and Dodgers) and LAX. For three people — if one is limber enough to climb up to the top bunk — three beds is absolute luxury at this price!

The place was amazing to stay in! Even had someone come over to fix the loose sink in the bathroom. The only issue we had was there not being a microwave even though its listed that there would be one. Otherwise amazing! Will definitely stay here again

Comfortable

Nice place to spend a weekend out of my home town no too long of a drive from the event we were attending overall a nice and quiet neighborhood very comfortable stay

Space was mostly as pictured, but some isues. Bathroom faucet was loose with poor water flow. Kitchen did not have microwave which would have been very useful for guests. Neighboorhood did not feel the safest either. Our biggest issue was with communication with host. We did not recieve check info until I requested the day of check in and host was not very responsive. Overall for the price it was okay.

Perfect little spot for me and three teenagers, clean, quiet!!

Everything I needed!

Great place! It was awesome to have my own little house and an off-street parking space so close to everywhere I needed to be. Nice kitchen, sophisticated lighting, fast wifi. This rental was everything I needed, and more!

Long weekend stay

This property is beautifully remodeled with a gourmet kitchen and luxurious shower. Some brand new appliances. We stayed here for a weekend event that was being held at USC, so the short drive was nice. The property is very dog friendly with potty patches in the front walk and in between units. Javier is very responsive and helped us during our stay. The kitchen could have a few more staples in the pantry. The neighborhood can get loud at times.

The property owner doubled booked the property, so the first few nights I had to stay in another rental then moved in the property listed. The first property was clean but that is it, not up to my expectations. When I finally did move into the property listed it was better

Do yourself a favor and don't ever book with this person or their property. Read the reviews and believe them! This was a disaster and a nightmare. I booked and paid for this property over 4 months ago. This host never communicated with me at all. 3 days before checking in I messaged him for the check in info and he said he would give it the day of. Then I arrived at the property from Chicago and texted him to no response. I called him and he didn't answer. I called again and he texted he would call me in a minute. He never called but he texted me that he triple booked the property and someone was already in it. He then tried to put me in a 1 bedroom place with an air mattress when I paid for a 2 bedroom. I was traveling with my son and he ended up putting us in 2 different places. If I had a choice I would have taken my money back but he put me in a terrible situation and had no other place to go as I had flown across the country already. The units were dirty, small, and had broken couches and shower door handles among other things. They also have a million notes hanging through the whole unit. This place is also in a very bad neighborhood. It doesn't take much to make sure these situations don't happen yet they happen often here. It is their responsibility not to book multiple people for the same times, especially if they aren't going to tell anyone that until you pester them less than an hour before checking in. Nobody who does this should even be allowed on this platform.

Confusing

I booked this place, to find out there was a permanent resident, i was moved to a different unit, i called VRBO, spent nearly 2 hrs. To find a solution, host was not available, then VRBO got a hold of him, he was apologetic about the situation, ended up staying there, had my wife and 3 teens with the doubt of our stay, beside my mother having a surgery, reason for booking was cause it wasreally close to my mother, after all the stress and conversation with Xavier(host) he was able to accommodate us for the length of our stay, kindly enough he(xavier) made it right after all, morelikely i will book with him again cause i know he's gonna make it right!
