This VRBO was clean which is highly important to us. The host is always so kind! Parking is available. This property is in a great location. We hope to return to this property in the future.

Had a great stay at Carolyn's place! It was the perfect home base for my trip. It was clean, great AC, and just as advertised. Would stay again without a hesitation!

It is a very modern bungalow! It was easy to get to and the host is very responsive. It was clean and well maintained. You are with in minutes from down town Salt Lake .

We had a great time in the bungalow. The two bedroom/bathroom/living/kitchen were just what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans. There was a kerug machine which was challenging for us but we managed. The washer and dryer were so convenient. Bathroom was spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing trip. The VRBO was perfect. We needed a place to sleep as we were out most of the day. The snacks and drinks left were great as we arrived late in the evening and had not had a chance to stop for groceries. The hostess was great and very responsive with any questions.

There for a wedding, short trip. Carolyn was great with communication. Access was easy, thank you for the outdoor motion light at the back door. The bed was amazing, the “reading” nook in the living room was perfect. The little details, ice in the ice trays, toiletries, ample towels, snacks, coffee choices, wash cloths! Location in Mill Creek was great, killer paninis and coffee right up the street. I will book this again if I am ever back in SLC. On a personal note, thank you for having bedding and towels clean, fresh, with a neutral scent. I am very sensitive to perfume. Everything just smelled clean. You rock, Carolyn, love the homey touches

When we are back in the area we will definitely be booking here again. So inviting, modern and just all around comfortable. The little touches were great- bathroom amenities, to-go coffee cups and towels in baskets. You can tell there’s been a lot of thought put into this space. Loved it!

The host was awesome, she responded very quickly and was accommodating to our needs with no problem! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Check in and check out was a breeze! The beds are so comfy, and everything was clean and tidy. No complaints! We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for a girls weekend!

The host has done a really great job at converting a basement into a comfortable living space that would be suitable as a living/working apartment! Everything we needed plus thoughtful details that make for true hospitality — snacks, sodas, toiletries, books. And yet a very clean, uncluttered environment. Was an ideal location for going to the mountains for skiing or into SLC.

Great for family

Our family came with 4 kids under 4 and a dog and this property was everything we needed! Location was prefect and less than 20 minutes from everywhere we went. Carolyn was very responsive to our requests. We will definitely stay here again if we can

Very nicely renovated basement apartment! Great neighborhood, very convenient location, and close to the main roads to ski, shop, and schools! Cozy beds, lots of towels, and very roomy. Kitchen is stocked with all of the basics. Carolyn was very responsive and receptive. Great spot!

We loved staying here! The check-in process was so easy. The host had everything that was needed, soap, toothbrushes, kitchenware, laundry necessities, and snacks drinks waiting for us! It was in a great location and close to where we needed to be, and hearing the small creek running next to the property was an added bonus. The communication with the host was INCREDIBLE, and made our stay seamless. If we are ever in the area again we will be staying here :)

We had a really cozy stay in this basement apartment. Great, safe location. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the space had everything we needed tucked into it - including a well-stocked supply of coffee pods and other snacks and toiletries. Carolyn, our host was kind and very responsive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. As expected for a basement, it stayed nice and cool, which we appreciated. It is a bit darker with smaller windows, but that comes with the territory. The only thing that would make it even better is a larger, cozier sofa for relaxing together. Parking worked out great for our group of three vehicles - two fit easily in the driveway, and the third was just a short, easy walk away on the street.

Great location for skiing!

My friend and I stayed here for a few days for a ski trip and it was the perfect spot for us! Just enough space, great to have the kitchen and washer/dryer. Very conveniently located to both canyons and to restaurants/grocery stores! Also easy to get to the airport and downtown SLC. The place was clean, beds were comfy, easy check-in/check-out process, and Carolyn was very responsive.Would definitely recommend staying here!

Terrible experience. Planned a trip to Utah two months in advance and the day we arrive as we literally are driving to the rental I get a message saying there has been a water leak and that they have to immediately cancel the reservation. She assured me that I would be refunded, however, this didn’t help much when I had to spend a few hours of my trip scrambling to find another place last minute. Not to mention, we had to compromise finding something further away which meant spending more gas, time, etc. and wasn’t near as convenient. In a nutshell I know things can unexpectedly happen out of someone’s control, however, as a host you have the responsibility to make it right to the guest. When I asked if she could help compensate for the inconvenience, time, last minute change, etc. her response was “I’m sorry.” I was not satisfied with this response and how this situation was handled. As the guest on our trip we had to scramble to fix this when we shouldn’t have had to do that.
