Regarding your observations, I’d like to address a few points: • We had a second coffee maker available inside the kitchen drawer for your convenience. • The oven model does require a fire lighter to start since it is not fully automatic, though the upper stovetop functions automatically. We will ensure this is better explained for future guests. • The drinking water cartridge was replaced prior to your visit, but we are sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. • The air conditioner filters were replaced promptly, and we’ve inspected the one-year-old King bed to confirm it remains in good condition. As for the nightlife in the surrounding area, we understand how the music on Friday and Saturday evenings until 10-11 pm might have impacted your sleep. We sincerely apologize for this and appreciate your understanding. At the core of what we do is the dedication to meeting and exceeding our guests' expectations with the quality of service we provide.
