Enjoyed our stay at this cute and spotlessly clean cottage. Perfect size for 6 people. So close to downtown Lakeland. Edward was a great communicator. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful property, fantastic hosts

This property was perfect for our stay. It was within walking distance of great restaurants and our conference. The owners were proactively communicative and incredibly responsive.

Week Stay

Great location, plenty of room to spread out with 3 teenages. Fenced backyard was very helpful with dogs.

Charming with a great location

The house was in immaculate condition and Edward’s communication was clear and responsive. The location is great being so close to FSC and Born & Bread! Definitely would stay there again.

Great centrally located in Lakeland

My friends and I were attending a Conference in Lakeland and needed a place that was comfortable and convenient. This property more than met those needs.Our host, Edward, was responsive to questions and messages about our stay. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay in Lakeland, I recommend this one.

Winter getaway

We really enjoyed your house. It was in walking distance to a very nice pub and two breakfasts diners. The location was great for everything we were doing. The only downside was no TVs in the bedrooms. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in Lakeland

This home was perfect for our stay in Lakeland. Great location, quiet neighborhood and Edward was so easy to work with. We loved the beds! So comfortable and the home was stocked with everything that we could possibly need. We will definitely be back! :)

Quiet Neighborhood

Online pictures were spot on! Cute remodeled older home, great porch, comfy spacious beds, washer/dryer was a huge plus! Close drive to parks.

Lovely little house

We very much enjoyed our time in Dixieland. The house was just what we needed while we were in town visiting family. Everything was as expected and the owner was very quick to reply and address our needs. The close proximity to the downtown area was convenient. We also enjoyed the short walk to a little cafe and coffee shop.
