Good property to stay at. If staying in the summer no need for the heated pool. With the sun it heated the pool up to the point where it kind of wasn’t refreshing but perfect for kids to enjoy. The AC works wonders and the entire house was cleaned and well equipped. Only upsetting thing is the description says one king bed and one queen (only reason we got it) but the queen bed was a full size in which my partner and baby and myself didn’t fit well on the bed. (Need to fix that description). Host was very supportive and kept good communication.

Great place

Very convenient to all areas of LA. The house is immaculate, and the pool very nice. All amenities are there. It is great for one or a large group. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped.

Great Location with Quite Neighborhood 10/10

Amazing house! Very cozy and cleaned! host provided many things like coffee, spices, towels for inside and pool! and bathrooms body wash and shampoos ! Beautiful kitchen, with all stuff necessary! We really enjoyed our staying at this property!

Universal studios trip

The house was beautiful and clean. My family really enjoyed the pool. I would definitely like to stay at this home the next time I am in LA. Shawn was a great host.

We had the best weekend here!

Overall this property had pretty much everything we (a family of 6) needed for the weekend. It was warm enough for us to swim in the pool and we had a great time outside using the grill and hanging by the firepit. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The property manager was genuinely VERY responsive. I'd stay here again.

Visting Daughter

We recently had the pleasure of renting this charming house for a weekend visit with family, and it met all our expectation. The house is impeccably maintained, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very cozy and inviting atmosphere. The Property Mgmt was very accommodating making sure we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Comfortable, clean property

Our family came to attend the Rose Bowl. The managers communicated clearly. Check in was easy. The property was comfortable, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Overall a very nice stay.

Football weekend

Good location to get where ever you want in the city. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was dirty and unable to be used when we had planned. Overall though the house had everything we needed and was great!

Wedding celebration!

We truly enjoyed stay! Our family flew in for 12 day stay for daughter wedding and this house, location, VRBO experience was perfect. House had coffee, spices, towels -bath and pool! and bathrooms stocked! Beautiful kitchen, tranquil backyard enjoyed by all swimming, fire pit, grill, plenty of seating - used from morning until night. Shawn and staff wonderfully responsive and supportive. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Universal studios vacation

Stayed here to visit universal studios horror night. It's close but traffic does factor in on the trip. House is as advertised, looks great, very spacious with awesome bathrooms, especially the master bathroom! The beds are very stiff though and even though the bathrooms are beautiful the towels need replacing, they smelled as if they were either old or don't get washed. There is a TV in every living space with streaming apps at your disposal(roku), they weren't working but the host is quick to respond to messages and we got it figured out. And then there's the backyard! Great size, plenty of seating and a swimming pool! It would be great if there was some thing to help with the mosquitoes, there is a bunch and i got bit but what really needs to be monitored are the ph levels of the pool. My kids went crazy when they saw the pool and jumped in almost immediately and had a blast in it...until they came out, all of their toes and fingers had and still have rashes that hurt and have a little blood, one of them got a couple rashes on his back as well. They're fine but that is definitely something that should be checked frequently, especially when there is a cleaning fee included in the price, there was a few spots i noticed that needed cleaning attention also but not really worth mentioning. In the end, everyone had a great time and i really hope the pool and the towels get addressed

LA baseball trip

This house was in a great location for our travel needs. The neighborhood was very quiet. The host was in daily communication with me and very accommodating. It was a very easy rental, we had a great stay.

Great house and convenient location

This was a beautiful house and in a great location! The only issues we had eye that the remotes were switched with the wrong tvs I would suggest numbering the remotes. The other small issue was that the sleeper sofa/futon described in the listing is actually a sofa with an ottoman. The hosts were very quick to respond and provided an air mattress that made things much better. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Spot for Family!

We were in town for a family wedding. We found this listing and it was about 2 miles from our sister’s home. The location was perfect for our visit and easy access to the 405. Our family from Ohio met us at the home and we had a wonderful weekend made that much better by staying at this home. We used the pool and the provided pool towels. The UNO cards were a fun bonus to have. The house was in a quiet location and was quite comfortable. Everything was new and modern, the bathrooms and kitchen. It was especially nice to grab a cup of coffee and sit out back. Lots of seating! We appreciated the communication with the host. It was an easy and wonderful stay! We will definitely stay here again when we visit our LA family.
