We have been vacationing in Dauphin Island 15 years and stayed multiple places. This was the best, most equipped place we have ever stayed. Nice furnishings and the house was cool when needed. We were blessed to find such a nice place!

The house was nice. It has been reworked, and decorated well. It has new appliances and the HVAC kept a constant temperature. The layout is unique but very useful. The large porch is nice to sit on during the day or night. All in all we enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay This home was perfect for our family of 7- the beach is amazing and the hosts could not have been more kind and gracious - we don't typically come back to a destination - but we did love Dauphin Island - I think the timing of our trip was perfect - we had perfect weather and it's just like your own little paradise - thank you Josh and Ginny!!!

This was the perfect house for our family this year! Great value, too! We have stayed at Dauphin Island for many summers, and I must say this was the best appointed house we have ever stayed in! Everything we could have possibly needed was already thought of! Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced, very quick and super helpful! Josh and Ginny truly have a little hidden treasure in this house. Thank you so much for being such wonderful hosts! We loved it!

Second year staying at this island paradise! The home is perfect for our 2 families. There is plenty of space to relax inside and on the deck, which was perfect for morning coffee and evenings as the sun set. The house is only 1-2 minutes from the beach which made for easy, long beach days. We appreciate how clean and comfy everything was. Beds also very comfortable! The owners were quick to communicate and very friendly. We felt right at home in this cozy, relaxing beach house!
