Great family place

Overall the lake house is very nice, location is excellent. Neighborhood is very quiet and shady with lots of oak trees. Prefect family getaway. The dock is older but very functional for fishing or docking a ski boat. Definitely look forward to staying there again.

Outstanding Everything!

We went to a big family celebration at Lake Coleman and found this gem on VRBO. Waterfront and large enough for my adult kids and their spouses to all spread out. Our grand kids were supposed to be with us but an unfortunate change of plans kept them from coming - however the gameroom with all the bunks will be so PERFECT for the next trip up, which we plan to go back soon. The home is so comfortable. The deck with water view is lovely, the covered dock on the water is ideal. The beds are so comfortable, and the host, Brandi was terrific! We can't wait to go back again! Thank you, Brandi!

Amazing property but experience fell short

Truly a special property with loads of potential. We appreciated the last minute availability and opportunity to stay here over Easter weekend. The pros include plenty of space, plenty of things for the kids and adults to do, luxury bathrooms and an eye capturing, unique design of the interior. The cons include an unkept/ dirty dock/ kayaks, non working pellet smoker that my family had to fix, non working advertised grill, empty propane tank in fire pit, imbalance of chemicals in hot tub and non working washing machine. If all of these cons are addressed the property is truly worth the money and would have been rated 5 stars by my family.

Acerca del anfitrión

Anfitrión: Brandi Perkins

Foto de perfil del anfitrión
Hi there! I am a Real Estate Broker and investor living in Abilene with my husband and our three children. We actually partnered with our family members to invest in this lake house as a shared passion project! Our family’s happy place is making memories together by the water. I love being a host because it allows us to share our favorite slice of Texas lake life, creating a beautiful, comfortable space where other families and friends can gather, relax, and connect.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Growing up, I always loved this home because it’s a central landmark you see when pulling into the lake, launching a boat, or eating at the restaurant. Now, as a host, what I enjoy most about the neighborhood is its peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It offers incredible space and privacy while keeping you less than a mile from the public ramp and dining. The scene here is defined by majestic, mature oak trees framing quiet, stunning lake views making it the ultimate neighborhood for a relaxing getaway.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The combination of our unbeatable location and having the biggest dock on the water makes this property a one-of-a-kind lakeside escape. You get the best of both worlds here: a massive, private double-decker dock for endless swimming and fishing, alongside a perfect viewpoint to watch the boats load and unload at the ramp. It gives the property a wonderful, active lake community feel while still providing a spacious, private retreat under giant oak trees to unwind.
