This was our second year at this house because we loved it so much last year. It is very inviting and warm and the backyard is beautiful and easy to relax in, even on a very hot day. It is close to a nice walking path and a quick drive to supermarkets and restaurants and especially beautiful Sabino Canyon.

Excellent!

Beautiful place! Plenty of room for four adults. Many places inside and out to relax. Good location in the northern part of Tucson. The property managers were excellent.

Peace and Quiet

Property is very nicely appointed and feels like home away from home immediately. Neighborhood is outstanding with very codial and friendly people. This is a five star property for any visit to the Old Pueblo....

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sabino Vista home. Our other rental was cancelled on us and Nathaniel accommodated us very quickly. The backyard was beautiful with lots of sitting spots for keeping cool, along with the pool. There is a great walking trail along the nearby wash and super hikes nearby. The house itself was nicely decorated, had comfy beds and a real good kitchen and shared spaces. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Awesome Home!!

This home was just as described. We loved the pool although we did have to skim it daily which is to be expected. The beds we found so comfortable!! Plenty of room for us. We would definitely stay here again!!

comfortable house and location

this property is very conveniently situated in the Sabino canyon area in a quiet, well kept neighborhood. all amenities are nearby. the house is very clean, with older tile countertops. decor is cozy and comfortable. bathrooms and showers are fantastic.

Relaxing and Peaceful

Lovely large home with lots of sitting spaces. Great location in the Sabino Canyon area. Backyard and pool area large and relaxing. Very nicely done new bathrooms. Great beds and linens! My only suggestion is the place needs a deep clean. Other than that would definitely recommend to others and hope to book next year

Quick bike trip

Namer a long time friend for cycling trip in Tucson. Great location near Sabino Cycles shop, Udall park (lap swim) and Sabino Cyn. Clean home. Cold plunge pool (not heated) felt great. Attentive owner.

Nice place

Overall great stay. Any little complaints (had to buy more toilet paper right away as well as salt, pepper, sugar), were overcome with nice surprises (bikes to use in the garage). Needs a remote for tv to change brightness settings. Property manager Nathaniel was great!

Sabino Vista Stay

Property location was great..... had all necessities. Only two flaws which could be easily fixed. 1. Floors were dirty. 2. The double bed mattress was extremely rough. Both my husband and i had a sore back. Other than that would definitely recommend. Thank you

Quiet Neighborhood

This is a spacious, older home in a quiet neighborhood near the Pantano Wash trail. It has a large patio/pool area on the south side of the house and a garage. The TV, TV couch and internet were good. The beds, walk in shower and towels were good. We did not care for the sheets. Kitchen utensils adequate for a house that size and dish and laundry soaps and paper towels were provided. The house smelled stale when we walked in, but this abated during our stay. The kitchen cabinet door under the sink gapes open, the icemaker did not work, the Keurig coffee pod you fill yourself was broken but usable with patience, we ran out of propane at the grill halfway through dinner the first night (the gas had not been turned off and a new bottle was delivered in time for dinner the next night). The pool was not clean, and the patio and front entry needed to be swept (maybe a winter thing?). We spilled a diet coke in the refrigerator and in cleaning that up we found the space under the bottom drawer was not clean. In general, the house could use deep cleaning. Many of these things would be avoided with a little more attention to detail.
