Welcome to OBA/Gulf Shores newest beach house community!! Location is amazing! Single-family home with all of the amenities!

Located 2 blocks off Perdido Beach Blvd. The Ocean and beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are located just a few blocks away! Ten to 12 minute walk to Romar’s Public Beach access or a 1-2 minute car ride!!! Seven minutes to the famous Hang Out and Pink Pony Bar & Grill.

Luxury, brand new smart home with 4 full Bedrooms (3 King beds and 2 Queen beds) each with their own private, full bathroom! Beautiful views of the fishing pond just steps outside the front door!

Zero entry, community pool is just steps away! You can see the pool from the house (but can’t hear the noise), about 3 blocks away and a 4-5 minute walk! Enjoy a small putting green and covered gathering area with tables and chairs!

Rent some bikes and ride to the Gulf Shores Nature Preserve, just around the corner! Stop and enjoy lunch or dinner at the Woodside Grill & Restaurant, then enjoy the bike ride back.

Location is great! Walk to the famous Doc’s Seafood, Ruby Slipper, and Wolf Bay restaurant! Also within walking distance (2 minutes!) is the Beachside Mini golf - great for a night of family fun!

The house sleeps up to a total of 12 guests! Max adults is 10, and max number of kids is 6. 12 GUESTS MAXIMUM. Please keep this in mind when booking. Reservation fee includes up to 10 guests, additional guests are $25 per person, per night.
Minimum required stay is 3-4 nights, depending on the season.
There are three (3) designated parking spaces directly in front of the house! Additional guest parking is directly across the street (10-15 steps).

There are 5 smart TV’s in the house: one in each bedroom and a big 70” in the family room!

Beauty in abundance! Enjoy the zero entry resort style pool and entertaining cabana on site or take a 1/4 mile stroll to beach access. Relax by the community fire pit, try your skills on the putting green, or just sit back and enjoy the bird fest flyovers. Lots of local restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Please Note: As a courtesy, we supply your first night’s worth of toilet paper (4 rolls), and one roll of paper towels. We also provide 1 dishwasher pod, one laundry pod and one dryer sheet.
