This newly constructed stand alone home is located in Coolidge Falls resort. Although located in the resort, the wooded view and surroundings gives this beautiful vacation home a feeling of seclusion.

On the entry level you will find a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. Additionally access to the large wrap around deck can be found on this level as well as the main kitchen, dining and living area with large flat-screen TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. Travel upstairs from the entry level to the primary bedroom suite complete with flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, balcony and full in-suite bath with jet tub. On the level below the entry are two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and access to an outside deck), a 3/4 bath, and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bottom most level of this spacious property offers a large open space and a full bath.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. There is no overflow parking at Coolidge Falls.

My Favorite Place to Stay

Place was spacious and well maintained. We only had 5 adults and 1 child, but would easily sleep 3 more. The first day they were doing construction next door so we were concerned but they wrapped up by 7pm.

This is an amazing house to stay in for a large family or group! The house was spotless and also bigger than expected! The beds were comfortable and Kathy was excellent with communication! We will definitely return when given the opportunity!

This home is well located for tourist activities in Lincoln. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Lincoln. Its easy to hop on Hwy 112 (“the Kanc)” for leaf peeping. The house is clean. It did lack some glassware in the kitchen and an updated refrigerator and stove would be nice. Two recliner chairs in the living room were broken. Also be advised that shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer are not provided. There are four stories in the house with lots of steps(so not convenient for people who can’t do stairs). Otherwise the view of the trees throughout the house and small deck was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Loon Reservation Service provided prompt communication and check in/out was easy. We recommend this house for a stay in the Lincoln area.

It was good, a little large for us, we had 4. They should do something with the lower level, make a game room, a bar and TV, something. this giant room just sits there, 1 small couch, nothing else. Access to the pool and hot tub was Great.

Check in was well executed and very easy to check in. The unit was fabulous, clean, well stocked and located just minutes to the mountain by shuttle or driving your personal vehicle. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. I give this unit and management team 5-STARS.

Everything was clean and it is great for a big group of people. There is also a huge extra living room on the lower level with a pull out couch and its own bathroom. Can't go wrong here! Location is great, enjoyed this house a lot.

Hiking, Bicycling, & Brewery Trip

Very happy with our stay at this house. It's larger than it looks in the pics. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The location is beautiful and perfect if you plan to hike, bike, and/or visit breweries in the western Whites. There's probably other stuff to do but I have no clue. The folks at Loon were very helpful with all questions. We would definitely stay here again.
