What a fabulous place to stay! We loved everything about it! It was so warm and inviting, and yes, quirky too! We 100% recommend this rental whole-heartedly! You will love it!

We were traveling with our 3 kids. This was a fun place to stay. Everyone loved the uniqueness. It was clean and comfortable. Would love to come back some time. Close to Waterford for fun in the city (we went to a soccer match) or just as close to great hiking in the country. Thank you for allowing us to stay, def

We were so excited that “the church” was available for our dates. The three beds and en suite upstairs were perfect for our three kids to have some space, and the downstairs bed was large and comfortable for two. We cooked multiple meals at the house, including a most excellent beef rib with meat from the Kilmacthomas butcher, but were also positioned for so many adventures around the home. We loved Kilmurrin Cove, the Mahon trails, and De La Poer Loop. We did horseback riding and the kids loved Dunmore Adventure. So much to do. We hope very much to return!

Lovely stay

We used this church as a base of operations and did day trips. It was a lovely place to come back to and would stay here again. Lovely time!

Private getaway

This property is picture perfect from the entrance to the comfortable beds! This church is on its own private property the only neighbor in sight are the head stones of history gone by. We also got to see a pair of foxes to top off the perfect relaxing stay!

What a unique property!

This old church has been restored lovingly into a fun and charming place to stay in the country side near Waterford. It was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place to stay and very historic and would recommend it. The only thing to consider is if you stay there when the temp is below 15C they need to turn the heat up to 100% as it is cold and takes awhile to heat up. Not a negative, just a preparation.

Beautiful Church

We really enjoyed our stay. The church was beautiful and they had all the amenities that we needed. Carmel was super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Perfect old Gothic Church

Beautifully restored church that sits on a wonderful plot of land and cemetery. The hosts were so friendly and did every thing they could to make us feel at home. We had a wonderful time and would return anytime!

Advise the owner she needs more hooks in the bathrooms and directions to turn on the shower...WE all three loved it.

Beautiful

The church is just as pictured. Owners did a great job in the renovations, keeping much of the original architectural features. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend.
