Pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a daily rate of $100 for 8 hours a day. Jacuzzi can be heated to 103 degrees for 2.5 hours for $50.
We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa when not in use

By booking confirmation, Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that Guest, members of Guest's household or Guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa.

The desert can become extremely windy without notice. Please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you for your cooperation!

HOUSE RULES:

**No parties are permitted at the property!**

**No smoking allowed in the house or on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $500 cleaning fee**

RIVERSIDE COUNTY GOOD NEIGHBORS BROCHURE FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS:

Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read the below for an enjoyable stay.

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.

Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:

NOISE:
Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or directly in front of the short-term rental property to avoid ticketing.

TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

Failure to comply with the above may result in loss of deposit, citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.

Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Per county regulations, moderate outdoor music is permitted with quiet hours beginning at 10pm through 7am. Quiet hours apply to outdoors and is strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Failure to comply with the county regulations may result in an extra fee and/or cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
