We had a great stay here during the holidays. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. It’s a quiet neighborhood which was nice for us and a good spot to explore Joshua Tree NP and Palm Springs areas. We would definitely stay here again! We added the extra pool gear which made the hot tub/spa and pool perfect for late December.

Jim & Shelly were such great hosts and super accommodating. Spent the weekend and hosted a friendsgiving at their place and we were so relaxed and comfortable. Would stay there again. 10/10

The house was great for our quick girls weekend. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but the house was as described. The communication was timely when we had a couple questions.

Beautiful stay

Shelly and Jim’s home was so beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood was super quiet and having a pool, games and fire pit was icing on the cake! They even greeted us with a goodie basket that came in handy! I would definitely be back with my family!

We stayed here during our visit to Joshua Tree. The house was extremely clean and exactly as listed. The only complaint we had was for a house catered so well to children, the bathtub was a bit deceiving as it did not function as a tub to wash the 2yr old. Other than that, there were plenty of toys and kids pool gear. Jim and Shelby were super responsive and welcoming as well! Easy drive to Joshua Tree, Palm Springs and spas. Would recommend!

Family Friendly

Jim and Shelly are the best! So accommodating, kind, helpful and made our stay wonderful! The house is equiptted with EVERYTHING you may possibly need to have a relaxing stay. The pool heated up super warm and even though the weather was a little windy during our stay, the kids had no problem hanging outside and splashing around!There is nothing worse than going on vacation where the kitchen is lacking basic things like cups, spices, etc-- not here! There was everything you needed and more, which makes a huge difference for us!

Desert Retreat

I booked this property for a birthday weekend with my friends. The hosts went above and beyond for our stay. We were able to check-in early and they surprised us with such a thoughtful gift basket! The property was as pictured -- beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was enough space for 10 people in the house. It's located on a quieter, residential street about 25 minutes from downtown Palm Spring. We had a small issue with the pool/hot tub heating that unfortunately resulted in being unable to use those amenities but the hosts were incredibly communicative and did everything you could hope for when the unexpected happens. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental in this area!

Nice, clean space for a party of 10

Perfect place to host my friend’s bachelorette get together! We had a party of 10 staying at the property and the house and bed accommodations were roomy and comfortable! There are plenty of blankets if you need extras. The whole house is nicely decorated with all the essentials. We arrived when the cleaners were still there but they were about done…we had no issues with it and they quietly left within the next 15 mins. Plenty of parking on the driveway/garage and street if need be. The hosts were super nice and helpful…I had all the info I needed ahead of time. The weekend we were there it was very windy and cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or backyard but I look forward to coming back during warmer weather. 10/10 would stay again.
