This is the premier location in Fayetteville for taking in all that this beautiful area has to offer. Just a short walk to watch the Hawgs and an even shorter one to visit the Dickson street entertainment district after the big game. Wilson Park is just a few blocks North and Old Main is an easy walk away as well.

This 2800+ sq. ft. home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout with tile in the wet areas. The open living and dining floor plan is excellent for entertaining. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 8. The bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom as well as a 32' flat screen TV.

3 extra bedrooms have queen beds with the other being a full. The kitchen comes fully furnished. There is a concrete patio in the back if you just want to set outside and enjoy the evening with steaks on the grill. Home shares laundry room with vrbo #317921. Separate entrance to each property

Family Weekend

Wedding Celebration

The property was very clean and close to our wedding venue. It was also just off Dickson Street and very close to the college so the nightlife was extremely active! It was the perfect place for us to host family after the wedding.

Great property. Communication and check in was quick and easy. Beautiful home. Clean. Item for cooking were there, that was very nice. Perfect location. So much to do and see in a very short walking distance. Check out is simple . I will be using again! Thank you

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

You can`t get any closer to the action to Dickson Street and UA campus than this house! The house is in excellant shape and very clean. Mike is very nice to work with and is just a phone call away if you need anything. He has the house well stocked and we intend to stay there many more times!

Old Farm House on Dickson

This was a perfect location. The house was very spacious with many bedrooms to spread out. If I had one request, it would be to show the house a little TLC. Fix Doorknobs for bedrooms to shut. Fix back door with some WB-40, Add Doorknobs to upstairs so nobody gets stuck if the door accidentally shuts.

Location, Location, Location

Great location just a few steps from the heart of Dickson Street and a easy walk to the U of A Campus. Open communication with the property owner makes staying here stress free. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home

Group of moms stayed here for bid day weekend. Cute house and great location to Dickson St., Greek theatre and sorority houses. We would highly recommend and would love to stay here again in the future.

Space for everyone! Great location.

We traveled to Fayetteville from Texas to visit nearby family over the 4th of July holiday. All of our "kids" have grown up, so we needed lots of beds and rooms, and this home satisfied that need perfectly! We had enough parking as well. Beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed walking around the area to look at the university, historical houses and buildings, and the nearby shops and restaurants. Some were closed due to summer/holiday, but we enjoyed JJ's Grill for a great lunch, and Prelude Breakfast Bar for an amazing breakfast. We also drove out to Terra Studios and bought some Bluebirds of Happiness and other neat artist items. Be aware on weekends, there will likely be some loud base from the nearby bars, and late night pedestrian traffic talking and laughing as they walk home, but we are good sleepers and loved the area, and it didn't bother us. Thank you Mike for providing a great VRBO home-away-from-home!

Loved the place and perfect location!

We came in town to watch our son present his senior capstone. Along with my husband and me, my father and mother drove in from Texas and my mother-in -aw drive in with us. This was the perfect place and location! We had plenty of rooms and had everything we needed. We were close to our son, restaurants, and to the school to attend his presentation. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone coming in to visit Fayetteville.

Mom's Weekend

We enjoyed our stay during Mom's Weekend. House had a GREAT location which was perfect considering the snow Fayetteville received on Friday. We were able to walk to many places. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We are a group of mothers and daughters who came to visit University of Arkansas. We loved the location of this house and proximity to campus and popular Dickson Street. We traveled in several cars and were able to make the parking work even with guests staying at the attached 1 bedroom separate VRBO listing. This is an older house so the bathrooms are small and the stairs tricky. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was great and check in was easy.

Great House

Everything was great. Awesome location if you plan on spending nights on Dickson. The owner was very easy to do business with and very accommodating. Responded quickly to messages. Beds were comfy and omg the couch in the living room is so comfortable. House was very clean. I think my only complaint is the 5th bedroom is a very small room with just a full bed. There is a window A/C unit and a dresser built into the wall. I just don’t think that was very clear in the listing...or maybe I missed it? It’s definitely not 5 equally-ish sized rooms. But we made it work and had a great time and I would stay there if I ever need a house that big again. Thanks Mike for everything!!

Would love to visit again

They thought about everything! I loved the charm of this house but also everything was up-to-date. The location was perfect so close to everything. Plenty of parking, check in process was seamless, they had all of the amenities that we could think of. It really was the best stay I’ve ever had in a VRBO. We definitely love to come visit again. We even left our elf on the shelf and the owner shipped it to us I can’t believe how nice that was. You need to stay here!!!

Location Location Location

If you are visiting Fayetteville and plan to enjoy Dixon Street with friends and family, this is absolutely THE place to stay. The house is awesome, very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds are very comfortable, which are very welcome after a long night of walking Dixon. :-) Although located right behind Dixon, the location is very quiet with a nice outdoor patio to enjoy the fall air. This is our 2nd stay here and will always be our 1st choice when visiting UArk.

Great location !!!

Entire process was super easy and the property was awesome. We came to Fayetteville aong with other family and friends to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. The location near Dickson Street could not have been more perfect! The home and furnishings were superb. I highly recommend this property for a group or large family visit to Fayetteville.
