Yep, just far enough away from exciting New Orleans that you can get there in about an hour, and come back to the peaceful and beautiful Gulf Coast--definitely the best of both worlds. Hope to see you again!

I live in this neighborhood and love it! The location is a big part of the reason, but also it's got a lot of friendly neighbors and lovely homes.

Short Beach Vacay

The house was amazing. The kids loved it. It was very close to the beach. The property owner answered any questions I had very promptly. I would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Perfect

Everything was wonderful!! Check in was easy, everything there we needed. Communicating with Ms. Debra was excellent. A small issue had presented its self and eas handled right away! We will be back if she will have us!

Thank you for the great review. Yep--little things happen all the time but I can just grab some tools and come right over and fix it! That's why my rental homes are all close to my house. And, it's nice being able to meet many of my guests, like your delightful family!

Family Time

My visit was to spend time with my family who live in that area and see my grandsons. We were all able to stay together in the house and have lots of privacy and quality time. It was priceless.

Unexpected bliss

We stayed for 4 nights and found this place to be just to our liking. Close enough to the beach to walk there yet far enough away that noise was not a factor. The house was clean and very well decorated. They provided everything we needed - soap, salt and pepper, clothes detergent etc. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio and swinging out front. 😊

This is my newest VRBO home and I'm so glad that you enjoyed it. I live next door and also like the short walk to the beach, without having the 24/7 beach traffic by the front door.

Eventful stay in Gulfport

The owner, Debra, certainly has a very nice house that she rents. It had everything we needed except for reliable wifi. I think the house needs its own router.During January the most available activities in the southern MS area are the casinos, of which there are several, and golf courses, which we played whenever we could. If you are looking for other activities, New Orleans is about 1.5 hours away and we did make that trip twice. Our stay included a historic cold snap and about 8" of snow! Not surprisingly, the house did get a bit cold a couple of nights. But that is not surprising for houses in the south. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend you consider renting here!

Thank you for the five-star review. I really enjoyed meeting you and was sorry I missed that historic snowfall while I was visiting family up north for Christmas. Now I'll have to wait another 60 years, lol. AT&T internet was acting up while you were here but it is usually very reliable. Nothing in the south works well when it gets cold, lol...
