This cozy suite was the perfect "home away from home" where we stayed for 22 nights while we helped our son and daughter in law move into their first home. It was even better than described by the previous reviews. Plus great location for access to the highways, with every shopping convenience in the neighborhood. The host, Ade was very easy to deal with and just a text away. We highly recommend this clean, well appointed and comfortable suite.

Kitchen and laundry fully equipped Great location Host very responsive I wished there was a convenient dining table and had the snow removed from the entrance of the suite. Overall my stay was very pleasant and would book the place again.

Perfect apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay, would happily stay again. Driveway parking, easy access to apartment, new neighborhood, nice & quiet. All good amenities, host was very communicative.

Percent Little Suite

We stayed here for 5 days. Excellent location. Easy access to all major roads, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet location.

Home Away From Home

This cozy, spotless property was the best location I have stayed in. The space is very welcoming, calm and relaxing. Wonderfully set up and with all things needed for a short or extended stay. Made my week away from home and family much easier. Will stay again!

Very nice unit in a quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable there. You might think about getting a bigger table for eating. But we managed and were happy

Nice place to stay

Clean overall, full kitchen very nice. We found bed too hard and small dining table unstable. A grab bar in shower missed and entry to suite a bit confusing as we weren't sure what side of the house the entry was on.

Cute & convenient

Like this apartment in Seton easy to find and not to deep in the neighborhood.Only down side was the extra firm bed we slept on.Host was nice to deal with and friendly.Great price!

Cozy and clean

Stayed here for twelve days. Overall the stay was great. It was super clean, bed was comfortable, high end appliances, brand new area with lots nearby. However if you are a student needing to sleep early, this may not *always* be the place for you.. bit of noise coming from upstairs… Overall the stay was great but as a guest, maybe note kid(s?) upstairs!

Second Time

We travel from overseas to visit our family and this is the second time that we have stayed at this property. Owner has been excellent to work with. At first we were hesitant to stay in a basement suite but it has its own entrance and has been very quiet and private, No issues.

Pretty good basement suit with a separate entrance. The suit is comfortable. Host provided everything daily needs. Host replied messages within a reasonable time. Host solved the problem in a reasonable time. I would recommend to stay here.

Restful and comfortable stay

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks to recover from surgery. The suite was clean, well maintained and comfortable. I was able to relax without any worries. I was close to the grocery store and not far from other retail and services. Getting around the neighborhood was easy and I went on several walks during my stay. The suite was not large—but it was perfect for me. The bathroom and bedroom were both a good size—and I was very relaxed and comfortable. I would stay here again

Very modern, clean basement apartment.Washer and dryer were an added bonus. However as another senior reviewrr wrote -very high bathtub side to climb over and no safety bar. Also dense foam bed extremely hard. No wash cloth provided so bring your own. Even in the heat, very cool and pleasant. Some early morn/night noise.from above.
