Perfect Getaway!

Gregg was an amazing host and has an absolutely beautiful home. It's upscale but still feels homey, and you have space to breath because they didn't pack people in. Hot tub and outdoor areas were also great. We had one minor issue on check in which was addressed immediately. Couldn't recommend more!

July in Vail

We loved this house for our family (kids ages 3, 5 and 8). The office space was very important for my husband and me to keep up with work for a longer stay. Loved watching the family of deer walk by the large bag windows every day. Awesome house in an awesome location close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Gregg was a fantastic host!

A great place to stay!

My family stayed here with my brother’s family. The property is luxurious and feels more homey than other homes we’ve rented. It is spacious and provided plenty of room for the four adults, plus 4 high school/college aged children. The great room was a cozy hangout for our group. Kitchen is well supplied for cooking. Amenities are all as described. There is a very short drive to Lionshead/Vail Village. The owner responded to my questions promptly and made sure I knew how to contact him in the event of problems, however we had none. Would stay here again and recommend it to others without reservation.

Amazing stay!

Gregg was amazing!! He replied to my emails and calls promptly. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Quick drive to the Vail village and Lionshead. My friends and family, as well as myself enjoyed our stay.

Highland Meadows - Perfect Vail Family Retreat

Wow! That was our collective reaction upon arrival - and the entire experience lived up to those first impressions. Booking and arrival were a breeze. Detailed, written instructions (and information about the home) came in handy throughout the week, and the owner's over-the-top responsiveness made it feel like we had our own personal concierge to guide us if/when needed. The home is very spacious, and laid out nicely to accommodate group time yet also allow everyone to spread out for individual downtime. A soak in the hot tub after hitting the slopes was fantastic, and the steam showers were a nice way to finish off the day, too. We couldn't have asked for a better home for the week, and we look forward to returning!

Upscale Home in Vail

Very nice and clean home. Comfortable furniture and most everything you need is provided. Excellent location - close to Lionshead and Vail Village yet lots of privacy with a beautiful yard. Gregg is a fabulous host and is very responsive.

Inviting home in Vail

The house was inviting and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed the kitchen area with access to the front porch as well as the backyard patio and hot tub where we unwinded after long days enjoying what Vail had to offer. The house was very private and still close to Vail, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in beautiful location. Responsive manager. Great Stay.

The views to the back of the house (particularly from the hot tub ) are sublimely isolated and great. House is nicely furnished with many great amenities. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful, well-appointed and warm home in the mountains

My wife and I, and our three children, stayed here for over a week and had a relaxing, enjoyable and cozy time. The home is well-appointed with furniture, all you need to cook a first class meal, a study, private bathrooms for everyone and views outside of virtually every window. We highly recommend this home, but, if you do stay there, please take care of it as we would like to go back and want it to remain in great condition. We should also add that the owner was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Heaven in the Mountains

My family and I recently had one of our best vacations ever, due largely to the amazing home we rented for a week. Spacious, comfortable, in a gorgeous setting with blissful views. The home was right out of "House Beautiful". All the creature comforts you could ask for, steam showers, large kitchen, two living rooms, a whole level just for the kids to call their own. Close to Vail Village. Easy drive to Eagle Vail Airport. Looking forward to coming back next year. Two thumbs up!

From experience

My family has stayed at the property a number of times. It's comfortable and spacious. The property listing is accurate and the house was always clean with everything working. The owner was attentive to all our needs and we plan to stay again this winter.
