Cozy large Ski Chalet (2700 plus sq ft) has 4 full bedrooms and 2 additional twin bed bunk lofts and 2.5 bathrooms. Perfect for families and friends!
Ideal location on Blueberry Hill with a 2 min drive to the village and ski lifts, sleeps 12 comfortably, great living area for entertaining and a large group. Newly remodeled kitchen to cook for your family and friends while looking at spectacular views of Blackcomb & Whistler Mountain. 3502 Falcon Crescent within Falcon Ridge complex located off Blueberry Hill, minutes away from the Village

This property was rented long term the last few years and now back on the market to accomodate short term rentals for your friends and family. We welcome you to enjoy our home and create long lasting memories. Please feel free to read the reviews!

Shuttle Bus to the Village and Ski lifts every 15 min at the corner of property

$600-$2000 US dollars high season per night

Bedrooms Layout:
Upstairs Master Bedroom Suite w/ Queen bed and master bathroom with tub. (Also a loft right outside of master bedroom, perfect for small children)
Main floor is living area with half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room w/ wood burning fireplace and outdoor patio with spectacular view of Blackcomb Mountain. Also 2-car garage and boot room on main floor.
Down stairs has 3 bedrooms and an open loft with twin bunk beds
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has either 2 twin beds or can be made into a king. Bedroom #3 with staked bunk beds, (full bed on bottom & twin on top) Loft (Bedroom 4) is open with 2 twin bunk beds. 1 full bathroom downstairs as well. The home sleeps 10 adults very comfortably and more if children. You will find this property to be very spacious and roomy. 3 floors allows for everyone to have their space and privacy. Excellent location and spectacular views of the mountains.

The upstairs bunks were under a skylight which was bright in morning and extremely hot. We had to turn off AC periodically as it was leaking. The master bedroom had a separate AC which kept that room cool. Downstairs was a group of small bedrooms- 2 bunks behind a curtain in the hall and 3 other rooms. Main floor had well equipped kitchen, living room and small balcony. Beautiful view.

Welcoming and Convenient for a big stay

Kim was a great host! We came up with 10 friends to enjoy whistler. The place beautifully furnished for a cozy stay. Everybody had their own bed. We were minutes from the village.Kim's communication was seamless as I couldn't be there to open the house and just forwarded on the instructions to my friends and they got checked in and settled, as I was arriving later.I would definitely go up and stay here again.

Perfect venue for families with small children

Host was responsive and flexible. We had young kids so 3 sets of bunks was perfect. Adults made it work.

Winter skiing

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski at whistler. The garage was large enough to fit 2 large cars comfortably, with a parking pass for the third car to park in a visitor spot. It was extremely convenient to have a bus stop around the corner to get to and from the mountain. Checking in and checking out was painless.overall,it was a great vacation!

Excellent Kids & Adults Alike

Very convienent property that is "off-resort" but very close and easy to get to and from even during morning and evening rush to the slopes. Property has a large, oversize garage for larger vehicles. 3 floors with majority of bedrooms in the basement which is warm and comfortable. Main floor is just entry way, kitchen, living room, laundry, and restroom. Upstairs is master suite with large bathroom and a bunk bed which was perfect for youngsters. Kitchen was very adequate for our large group!

Great space for a large group!

The host was very responsive to inquiries I had. Space was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to hangout at the dining table and living room all together and there were enough beds for all of us. Would stay again!

Annual Friends’ Ski Trip

This was the third year of annual ski trip with 9 guys who have known each other for more than 45 years. Our stay here was excellent - comfortable, clean, well stocked with kitchen, bathroom supplies. Short drive to the ski hill and village. Literally no complaints and property manager was very responsive. They forgot to fill the BBQ propane tank (no big deal). We called the property manager and a full tank was delivered in 30 minutes. Great place. Great service.

Great summer family stay

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids (ranging from ages 3-11) for 5 days and had a great time. The place is very convenient to everything (although it's a drive to everywhere, it's a short drive). The house is well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen which was important as we cooked at least two meals a day are home every day. The beds and linens were super comfy and the bathrooms were well appointed as well. Quick, easy access to the running/biking trail just down the hill was also handy.

Great stay!

Our family had a great time! House had everything we needed and enough space to accommodate our party of 9 people. House is very close to the village and many restaurants. The house is on the hill which provides awesome views for the morning coffee:) I would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing House for Snowboarding/Skiing

What a great place! We stayed as a group of 11 adults and everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The bus line to the village was super convenient but we found it even easier just to drive as it was only about 5 minutes away. Host was SUPER easy to communicate with and helped us out with any/all of our questions and needs. 10/10, will stay here again.

Whistler Ski for 2 families

The hosts were terrific and the cabin was great for two families. The upper bunk room works for children 10 and under. The lower 1/2 bunk room is overflow sleeping which works for people who don't need privacy. Perfect for 8 people. Works for 12 if small kids and/or people who are chill about their sleeping arrangement. We loved our stay and enjoyed the view and cozy setting without the bustle of the village.

Family time and all together

The house let multi generations of our family be together with lots of space. It was a beautiful home, clean and welcoming. I felt welcomed and all my questions before we arrived and after we got home and found we had left some things behind.

Great Location, Plenty of Sleeping Space, Great Layout

Property was convenient to the bus to get anywhere around town. Lots of space for everyone to sleep, and as far as I could tell the listing was very accurate. Parking for up to 3 vehicles, which was clearly stated and allowed us to plan the logistics around that with our large group. Host was communicative at check in (as well as the time leading up to our trip!) friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the open layout in the kitchen / living area was great for us to gather and spend time together in the evenings. Unbelievable snow, and the plows came through each day to clear the road to the property. Had a great trip and would definitely recommend / book again!
