My wife was optimistic about my choice as I've chosen some doozies more than once, but this property sure delivered on being exactly as listed. Stephanie is an excellent host and easy to communicate with. We loved having access to the beach equipment she had to offer so we didnt have to buy or rent anything extra during our stay. We were both happy with eveything about it. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Stephanie is a great host. The coach house is very clean and comfortable and all of the extras available to us made the trip so good - like beach chairs, umbrellas, e-bikes. It’s a great location with Main Street walkable and fantastic beaches by car.

Loved our stay! House was spotless and very comfortable! It was very walkable to some fun areas. Lots of restaurants nearby. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Would absolutely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The amenities provided were outstanding, the location was great and the property was beautiful. Our host was very hospitable and responsive. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops downtown. The beach was a short drive away as were many of the other attractions we visited.We highly recommend the carriage house!

Stephanie is a wonderful host!! Everything was absolutely perfect from the accommodations (so clean) to the use of the Electric Bikes & kayaks! The location right in the mix of all of the best of Sarasota was wonderfull! We plan to return!!

Everything was very clean and neat when we arrived to the house! It was within walking distance of plenty of shops and businesses. We had a great time on the ebikes and a great overall stay! Communication was great as well!

Laurel Park is a wonderful historic neighborhood. Loved the vibe and a quick walk to downtown Main Street where there were more shops and restaurants. The carriage house is fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay in Sarasota.

Great location offering all that is needed for a comfortable stay. I certainly recommend The Carriage House for those looking for a clean, quiet and welcoming place to stay.
