Work crew stayed here during an out of town project. They were very happy with the accomodations and commented how much nicer and spacious this stay was over a hotel room. The host was great to work with, I would definately book again for a work trip, or even for a family getaway to Sedalia.

The good things about the property were the size of the house and the location. The living room and overall space were comfortable. However, we were very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the kitchen. There were many ants that got into our food during our stay, which made the experience very unpleasant. The house is also very old, and it looked like the kitchen cabinets had never been replaced or updated. For the price they charge per night, the property is not worth it. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations. We will not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
