Awesome place that made our vacation amazing!

Great amenities, clean, and safe. We saw dolphins, enjoyed the pool, beach and tiki hut!

Pelican Beach

Everything about this trip was easy. The location was perfect in relation to everything in Destin, but the location of this specific condo was also great. I hope to stay here again next year!

Great stay

We loved our stay! The condo was as described. The location right on the beach was great. The only negative and it’s not a big deal but my son was too tall to sleep in the bunk beds so used the pull out coach and there was no sheets, etc. which would have been nice. Overall would definitely love to stay again.

Amazing condo

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Pelican beach resort. Our condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The resort itself, was very family orientated. Location and proximity to everything was great! We will definitely book here again in the future.

Fun getaway!

We really enjoyed staying here. Super cute condo and so convenient to walk to the beach! Only thing to note is old towels that were left in the spare shower from someone else’s stay! Overall we loved it. Hope to stay here again if we come back to Destin soon!

Loved it!

Overall, this place was wonderful! Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Loved being on the 3rd floor with quick access to the ground. We had a perfect view of dolphins in the early mornings. We really enjoyed being at this resort!

Great Location

It was nice to be on the 3rd floor. Stairs were very close and it was often faster than the elevator. Very nice decor and had all the things we needed.

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time at the Pelican Beach Resort. Out condo was in the perfect location overlooking the beach and pool and only 3 floors up! We had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend and really enjoyed the updated space. We’d love to come back next year!

Nice spot on the beach

Pictures and amenities were accurate. Nice place. Umbrella and beach chairs cost extra, really the only surprise. Would be nicer if they were included. Would stay here again.

Amazing views

This condo was centrally located in Destin and the view was spectacular. On our last morning I was doing the dishes to get ready to leave and noticed dolphin swimming out in the water. We came in quite late for check-in but there is always someone at the front desk which is convenient.

Great location

Love the tiki bar and the cafe. The food was awesome and the drinks were refreshing. The room was convenient and had what we needed. I only gave 4 stars on cleaning because the shower door was dirty in hall bath not a big deal though. Also i would suggest higher chairs on balcony to see the view better. Great place though!

The view and the property was nice. One throw pillow on the bed had several stains. I took photos shortly after we checked in but it was not a big deal. We enjoyed the property

We have reported the stained throw pillow to our housekeeping to address. I hope you got to experience some of the greatest restaurants that Destin has to offer. The McGuire's Irish pub has great steaks.

My stay

Really loved it. Needs a few things. Kuerig coffee maker, new screen door, hot water in shower is non-existant and would be nice to have printed tv guide.

Clean with beautiful ocean view

This condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. 3rd floor was great, so we could utilize the stairs. The chair rental service on the beach is a separate entity, but didn’t affect us much, because we enjoyed the beach later in the afternoon and into the evening after the chairs were put away. Communication was great with the management company, we were able to get into the room early for our stay. The pools were crowded, but manageable and the tiki bar and cafe were yummy! We enjoyed our week!

Just as advertised!

Such a great location! 3rd floor was perfect for an ocean view with minimal time spent on an elevator. The kids loved the bunk beds. Having 2 bathrooms was a must with a 4 person family. We felt like we had a home away from home. My only suggestions would be to get a trash can that the lid stays on, leave Windex for us to clean little handprints off the big mirror, and provide 1-2 more suitcase holders.

Beautiful location!

Overall we had a great stay! The location is beautiful! Right on the beach, lots of pool options, and the unit was very nice and updated. We found a few issues with the room’s cleanliness - someone else’s socks under the sofa bed, the pull out’s sheet had a crusted stain on it. The lock to the balcony door was broken. But you could tell that everything was very new and nice otherwise. The staff was friendly and the complimentary supplies were so helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the pools, the beach, tiki bar, the chair service and the beach were awesome. The unit had most everything we needed, we're not picky. The beach is the most important part. If I had to pick one thing to change it would be to upgrade the balcony furniture. Maybe a small table for our morning coffee and more comfortable chairs. But that's it. We'll definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks again.

Pretty beach, that’s about it.

Property felt old and not as nice as photos especially for the high price we paid. It was 4th of July week so everything was over crowded and dirty. The chair/umbrella situation on the beach was ridiculous. We were there for over a week and could only enjoy the beach after 4:00 unless we paid $500 to be in the last row of the umbrellas. We will never return to Destin.

Regarding the beach service, we do not control or set prices so this has nothing to do with us. Disappointed

The only positive is the view of the ocean. Pullout mattress was stained horribly and there was no replacement option. Hall bathroom shower was only luke warm and response time with host is very delayed.

I am so very happy you stayed with us. The pull-out mattress had a rust stain on the underside of the mattress. Yes, it was there. A new mattress was already ordered and replaced. We were never informed that one of the showers was only lukewarm. I will have this directly addressed with maintenance. I hope you were able to enjoy one of our many amazing pools or the hot tub. I like the fitness room earlier in the day. Until next time. We cannot wait for you to come visit again to get that 5-star service you deserve.
