Communication was excellent along with easy check-in. The house is super nice and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and it was easy access to tourist destinations. The mall is close-by with lots of food places. The playground is within walking distance.

Excellent house for a family weekend in Portland. Theres a playground a block sway that is excellent for younger kids, and the house is fantastic, communication clear and quick. Would rent again without question.

My group of 6 people had a great stay at the Luxury Modern Farmhouse. The house had everything we needed, and it was immaculate. It really is a beautiful property, and we had easy access to shops, interstates, and it is not far from PDX airport, which is a plus. Anthony was very responsive to any question we had, and was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay at Anthony's place the next time we are in the Portland area.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was true to the description, quaint and cozy with all the nice upgrades. It included lots of little extras and everything you needed to have great family dinners around the table. Great front porch and backporch, if you like having your coffee outside in the morning. Anthony was very communicative and responsive. We had no issues. The location was great, near downtown Vancouver and a quick ride over to Portland.

This stay was awesome. The location is a perfect access to the columbia river and Portland for our daily excursions (via driving). We chose this unit as it was away from the portland area. We were traveling to enjoy PDX and this general area thrifting, eating, and the outdoors. We prefer to stay on the outskirts of portland and take our excursions into the city. Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, Food Pods, thrifting etc This space was Immaculate, Spacious. They had fans to use in the rooms (a HUGE PLUS) as the weather was warm. The AC was great. We would stay here every time we come through if this was available.

The home was lovely, just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, cooking pots and pans etc. Anthony responded quickly to all of my questions. We will definitely be booking again when we visit our son again.

This property was so comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was very nice and provided everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the fireplace added a nice coziness. Everything was spotless, and we just thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property.

Excellent property. Brand new inside and very tastefully decorated. Amazing kitchen! Loved the fully stocked coffe bar. The gas fireplace was very welcome on a chilly rainy stay. I expect to book again on future trips to Vancouver.

We love our stay at this property. Everything was clean and tasteful. Very comfortable. Anthony was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. There were all the little thoughtful touches that took it from great to excellent. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone. 11/10

Perfect home to host a girls weekend away! Great locations (we loved how close we were to Vancouver waterfront park) and the house was the perfect open-cozy vibe for lounging with friends after a long day of shopping in Portland!
