Luxury loft apartment in the historic Jacobsen building nestled in the heart of downtown Payette. Close to bars, restaurants, and boutiques. Centrally located between Ontario Oregon, Weiser and Fruitland with a short distance to the highway. Newer finishes with a Victorian feel you will be sure to enjoy! Please note this is a historic building with stairs as the access to the loft! We look forward to hosting you!

I highly recommend this home away from home. So comfortable and well decorated. Host was incredibly kind and thoughtful through our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nice. I would only say it should be noted there is only stair access to the apartment. Otherwise for an in town building it is quiet. The town was nice.

Apartment was better than hoped for. We enjoyed everything about it. There were 4 adults- my husband and I, and my senior parents. We each had plenty of space. The master bedroom was large with a comfortable king bed. The one bathroom was very big with a large walk in closet. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. I was glad the bathroom was a " Jack and Jill" type where there was an entry into bathroom from the bedroom and an entry from the hallway so you do not need to go through the bedroom only to go inside bathroom. The kitchen had all of the cooking gadgets needed to prepare meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. There is a 2 player packman video game that I am proud to say I have the "high score", as of now. The color scheme is beautiful. The Murphy bed is probably a double size. There are 24 steep narrow steps you must walk up and down to enter apartment. Hold onto the hand rail. Once you enter, you are upstairs above quiet businesses below you. There are many windows to look out and enjoy the historic quiet street. I would definitely stay here again when I'm visiting my family.

The host was prompt and friendly with reservations and communication.New appliances in the kitchen. Even coffee by the coffee pot. We did not cook while we were there, but it would have been easy with the kitchen well equipped.The only negative was the dirty stairwell and corridor leading to our room. But we were plenty surprised when we went into the apartment.

This was the perfect location for our visit with family. Lots of room to spread out, kitchen was fully stocked for enjoying meals and great A/C for staying cool! Parking available at your door & walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shop and grocery/pharmacy. Host was quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again when in area.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay! Very cute and clean apartment, bed was comfortable and nice big shower. The neighborhood is quiet, seems like it was the old downtown. My mom and I would definitely stay again. The staircase is pretty steep so keep that in mind but we did ok with it.
