Enjoy the Montana scenery in this loft apartment. Located near the Kootenai National Forest with endless recreation. Sit on the 2nd story deck and enjoy your morning coffee or dinner while taking in the views of the Kootenai valley. This newly finished apartment is welcoming and has a complete kitchen for all cooking needs. Perfect winter getaway as our local ski hill is just 22 miles north of town. Libby, MT is a recreation paradise for all ages, come explore! This loft apartment does sit above a functioning shop, there may be machinery moving around at times. You do get to explore a mountain road for 1.9 miles on your drive up to the Airbnb loft! Welcome Home to Big Sky country!

This is a nice space, but travelers should know that there are 20 or so stairs to reach the loft and the lower level is a shop with large equipment parked around it. We experienced being woken up at 6am by trucks coming and going and people in and out of the shop. The view is fabulous.

The property was accurately described and much bigger and nicer inside than the pictures show! Unfortunately, we weren't able to stay both nights we had booked due to the extremely heavy wildfire smoke (the air quality index was unhealthy for all groups, which we know is always a risk in this part of the country in the summer) and there's nothing really to do at the property or in the area that doesn't involve being outdoors. If visiting in the summer, I'd recommend bringing some indoor activities (card games, etc) in case the weather doesn't cooperate so you have a back up plan!

We were in the area for a family reunion.

The property is about 10 minutes out of town. The location was quiet and beautiful. Would recommend it to others who are needing a great place to stay. It was very clean, nice layout and beautiful view.

Panoramic View near Libby

Very nice mountain apartment size place, with open space, nice kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Lovely views and wonderful walking in the mountain top. Great location near Libby natural sites.

The stay was great ,the home owner was so friendly , the view of the stars at night was awesome !!! the only thing I would like to see change is a way to get you suit cases up thoses stairs . The home was very very clean and nice !! Thank you again for a great tip down memory lane

Stay in Montana

Nice location and beautiful view. The area’s not too busy which is a nice feature of this location. The place is quite clean and has all you could need. Might need to clarify directions with host as it’s not terribly clear on how to get there.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Living room furniture was comfortable, kitchen was well enough stocked, bathroom and laundry were spacious and clean. Stairs getting into it are difficult and not very well lit, as we arrived after dark. The beds are absolutely HORRIBLE! Strongly suggest anyone staying here to bring their own mattress topper, as they were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood.

Whew!

Great retreat from the day-to-day. Spent lots of time on the deck. Nicely appointed on the inside. Host was very responsive when needed to contact her.

Panoramic view with beautiful night sky

We loved the Panoramic View mountain location. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. With 2 nights of no moonlight, we were able to star gaze on the porch and saw the Milky Way, many planets and constellations. We also saw the International Space Station, a minor meteor shower and a Star Link chain of satellites. AMAZING

Great stay

Very nice place. Very clean and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed the loft and the ability to make our own meal there. The bed was our biggest complaint. Very uncomfortable. As a suggestion It would be nice to have an hair dryer and iron to use. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone.

Good experience overall. Nice modern,clean loft with gorgeous view. The stairs getting up there are a bit challenging to navigate with luggage. A couple of cats kept coming up whenever we were around. Had to kill about a dozen stink bugs that were somehow getting in. My only suggestions would be to add robe hooks in the bathroom and have a fly swatter in the house!
