Great experience-visited for a wedding and everything was in close proximity. Property is downtown and you can walk everywhere. The street is busy but Convenient to all amenities.

We had 5 ppl, including 2 children. If was perfect, even with only one bathroom. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was great - although we ate out. It was easy to communicate with the host.

I asked the host a lot of questions… too many if we are being honest, and they were quick to respond and very friendly! We visited for a wedding with my kids and parents. We would definitely stay here again. A/C was nice and cool. Check in/out was very seamless. Location is perfect and a short walk to town. The only thing I’d caution is that there are many steps for those who are not mobile. This place was perfect for our stay in MA!

Overall, very nice stay. Just note that these are older homes so the windows do not block out outside noise. We could hear cars driving by all night so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! Thank you for a lovely stay.

It is a perfect spot close to the pub! Lol, close to cafes, the only thing for me and it didn’t affect my son or daughter in law, is it is on a Main Street and I live in a quiet town, so the traffic did bother me a bit,and of course I don’t like the noise of an air conditioner ( the 2 go together) But the price was excellent and I love old houses with the original doors! I would highly recommend it to anyone! And had a ball at the Choats bridge pub! ( And I am a 74 year old grandma!

Apartment appeared to be newly renovated. Very clean, roomy and close to town. Perfect for parents with adult children. Only recommendations- blow dryer and extra dish towels. Really fortunate to have grabbed this rental!

Apartment is large and spacious. It is perfect for our family of five. It had great parking and you could walk around the quiet town. Location allowed train access to Boston and Salem. It was a quick drive to the shore. We had some trouble with the above neighbor causing damage to the property, but the owner was honest and respectful to refund us money when our travel insurance would not cover it. I only give 4 stars as the dishwasher was broken and I hate doing dishes on vacation. Also, the wood stairs were extremely slippery with rain and snow and we kept falling or slipping on them without a towel or rug in the main entrance.

Downtown Ipswich

What a lovely rental. A walk to restaurants and shops, quick drive to the shore. Everything in the condo was exceptionally clean, carefully thought out, and updated! Comfortable beds & bedding. Brand new ACs. Updated decor. Management was accommodating and easy to reach. Can hear upstairs neighbors and street traffic but is to be expected.

Wonderful home base for our girls trip!

We (myself along with my mom & sisters) loved staying in this charming home! The pictures and description accurately describe the location and features! We chose to stay here as a home base to explore the area and are so happy we found it! As the apartment is on the second story and requires carrying luggage up a steep set of stairs, it isn’t the best for those that have mobility problems, just a heads up. Everyone in our group was fine, but I could see that being a problem if someone didn’t realize the location you were staying in the house! The hosts were quick to respond and always so helpful. The apartment was fully stocked, so we didn’t need a thing! Truly a little gem and perfect for our girls trip’.

Clean, charming location and convenient to visit Salem

We really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, coffee/tea station. We did a little bit of cooking and everything we needed was present. We came for Halloween in Salem and this was so convenient and affordable. Only one thing to note: The three bedrooms are connected, so the person in the middle bedroom has to walk through one of the other two bedrooms to get out to the living room or bathroom. It was my daughter and I and a one really close friend with us so it wasn't an issue for us. The host is a great communicator and very helpful with the area and the train station info. The train goes to Salem!! I highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was an awesome place to stay. It was very clean and spacious. It was great that you could walk to everything and not have to worry about having a car. I would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.
