Long Beach Tower 4 Unit 407 is a heavenly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo overlooking the beach and is exactly where you want to be. This 4th floor haven boasts floor to ceiling views of the Gulf throughout. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. You’ll notice the separate vanity with two sinks and a shower/tub combo in the ensuite bathroom. Two queen-size beds and a flat screen TV complete the guest bedroom. The guest bath houses a combination tub/shower.

Relax and unwind in the living room, featuring a large flat screen TV and seating for everyone, including a leather couch, plush recliner, and oversized chair to keep everyone cozy and comfortable. We had the best time in this condo and it was clean. It does have some minor issues that can be fixed but might be nice for others to know. The kitchen was not fully supplied meaning if you plan to cook at all you will need to bring hot pads and regular size skillet. Add to your grocery list: Toilet paper (we were given one roll for each bathroom), trash bags (we had one), coffee filters, salt and pepper. The handle to sliding door in living space was broke off so not able to access the balcony from the living room but can use door in bedrooms. Recliner handle broke off so not useable. Overall this condo has an amazing view and was clean just needs a little TLC.

Great view

All in all very clean, southern rental was easy to deal with when booking the condo. Easy to reach when you have questions. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort multiple times, first time in this condo. The things I feel need to be addressed is in both bedrooms the window shades have a lot missing. So the sun is shining in bright. The tub in the master does not drain good at all.

My vacay

This room has an amazing view and easy access to the beach. The overall cleanliness of the unit could have been better. It needs a lot of maintenance. You will receive an email stating that the amenities are limited and that is true. This is a home with a full kitchen but I felt the amenities were what you would get in a hotel room. This is my third visit to Long Beach Resort and I would not stay in this room again.

Expensive dump

Vertical blinds missing (broken off) both bedrooms and living room. Cook range burners would not sit flat. Entry door would not shut tight. Wind blows and whistles. They grey grouting on floors is black. I don’t think the floor has ever been washed. All appliances need to be replaced. Dust bunnies all over.
