Adequate but Unremarkable
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The location was great, centrally located to everything we were interested in seeing. The facilities available were nice, pool, hot tub etc. However, the unit could use a little work. The furniture in the living room was extremely flat and uncomfortable. We saw several roaches throughout the weekend, some dead and others alive still. The cleanliness of the unit also needs improvement, as the tub was filthy and there was urine on the toilet and floor in front of the toilet when we arrived. I’m not sure where the cleaning fee is going at this point. We were also disappointed to discover that the pool closed at approximately 6:30 every evening based on inadequate lighting. This should have been disclosed previous to renting at the property! Overall we enjoyed beautiful PCB, however, this is not a unit we would stay in again.
