This turn of the century German Farmhouse has plenty to offer from the master bedroom to deck overlooking 10+ acres of woodlands. Off of the living room and kitchen is a deck funiture that allows you the opportunity to enjoy your indoor or outdoor cooking and in/out door dining. Downtown Newburgh is 10 minutes away. Walk the French Island trial along the scenic Ohio River and enjoy the quaint shops.

We loved the place!!! So warm and inviting. The primary suite was wonderful and the heated towel rack was an awesome upgrade! We absolutely loved everything about this home. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This was our second stay at this property. The property is comfortable, fully supplied, and quite amazing. The hosts are most gracious and accommodating. Nearby Newburgh Indiana is a scenic river town that is very charming with some good shops and restaurants. We definitely hope to plan return trips as this property perfectly suits our travel needs to visit family.

So cute and super accommodating. They had a fully stocked kitchen with most spices and cookware. Beds were comfortable. We loved that it was across from an elementary school so my kids enjoyed the school playground as well as the large yard around the house. Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a great stay and we would totally recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The house was clean, spacious, and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. Note: The WiFi was a bit challenging to figure out, because it didn’t match the User or PW provided in the VRBO notes, but a family member figured it out & we added the log in detail to the guest book to help the next person.

This was our second stay, with our last stay being just a couple months ago. It was a shorter stay, but just as great as the first! Thank you for the comfy beds, full kitchen, and a lovely atmosphere in which to relax!

Beautiful home and very comfortable. Quiet area. Very easy check in. LOVE the kitchen. We would definitely stay there again if we could bring our dogs but they only allow 20lbs and under and our dogs are pretty big. Thank you.

We stayed 8 nights, and felt all the comforts of home the entire time. The house was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Cheryl was wonderful to communicate with, and very gracious. Thank you for everything! We are already looking at returning next year!

We were there visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was amazing. Nice, quiet, warm and cozy. The wooded area in back was like a park. Nearby Newburgh Indiana was a charming small river town with good restaurants, coffee houses, and shops. The host and her son were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. We had a great stay and hope to return.

Enjoyed the Farmhouse

We were very happy with the accommodations. Was very comfortable for our family of 5 to stay. Host very quick to respond and would stay here again.
