Perfect for us and young adult children & spouses in town for son’s wedding. We felt special staying in such a special place that had everything we needed. Short rides to hikes, The Fountain, golf and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location, amazing mountain views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described and check in / out was simple. Great views of the mountains and desert from the pool. Highly recommend

Short Spring Break

Wonderful comfortable clean home with lots of room. Would have loved to stay longer if our time permitted. We loved Arizona and will will be back soon!

Great experience

Great property, much better than the listing, pictures don't do it justice. The views are spectacular. Highly recommended, I would definitely go back.

Excellent host responded quickly to the one question we had. Very nice property well cared for with well equipped kitchen. Obvious attention to detail (all the knives are sharp plenty of towels for all guests, very nice appliances, super comfy beds just a few examples ). Views can’t be beaten…. Just pull a bottle of wine out of the wine fridge, pour yourself a glass and unwind with the view. We will certainly try to come back to this property.

Great Home

We were happy with the beautiful home and location. Wonderful views and easy access to local amenities. We couldn’t find any information about the house like WiFi, pool, or check out requirements. But overall it was a great experience. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Property

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The views are incredible and made for beautiful mornings outside enjoying coffee while listening to the birds. Our kids loved the loft area in the bedroom that gave them their own spaces for sleep. We had plenty of seating and dishes for enjoying family meals in the home. We look forward to returning in the future.

Peaceful Getaway

This home is beautiful and well maintained. This property is perfect for anyone looking to getaway for some rest and relaxation. The yard was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the Arizona landscape. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but my husband enjoyed sitting by the pool early in the mornings while he did some reading. Our host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would love to book this property again.

Fountain Hills House

The house and host five stars! If you want peace, quiet, amazing views and nature everywhere this is your vrbo. Fountain hills has plenty of places to eat, but you can cook a fabulous meal in the well equipped kitchen as well. We stayed a month and wished we could have stayed longer. Take advantage of the beautiful hiking trails close by and don’t miss the Fountain Hills park and walking trail. We loved the pool used it quite a bit. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Fountain Hills pad

As advertised. Driveway steep and a bit tight. No problem, however, maneuvering a full size Tahoe. Really nice clean house. Lots of room. Bedrooms, bathrooms very nice. Beds/bedding/pillows top notch. Great views. Too cold outside to enjoy pool. Dennis seems very nice and is easy to communicate with. Would stay again, for sure.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a nice home with some gorgeous views especially the sunrise. The home was stocked with all the items we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We brought food to cook and had all the utensils cookware etc needed provided. Appliances were all top notch. Pool isn’t heated as is noted in property description so more useful in hotter weather. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the evenings. We took our dog and went hiking on the trails on the nearby McDowell regional park.

It is what it is

The property said heated pool which it was not.. property said per friendly but failed to mention your digs can jump the wall on one side.. and the hot tub was mentioned abd it was not a hot tub it was a bath tub with jets that were crazy snd flung water everywhere.. and the driveway well that was interesting.. great place but failed miserably

This guest did not read the listing or welcome package info, however, hopefully this review helps someone in the future. The listing clearly states that pool is not heated (her statement is untrue) and that pets are allowed, not that it is pet friendly. However, dogs that run away should not be left unattended and maximum dog size is 50lbs , this guest had a large athletic dog which apparently enjoyed jumping off the 5ft high retaining wall and running into the desert. There are dog walkers in the street and critters in the desert. The dogs can see everything from up there and some dogs like to take chase. Small dogs can pass under the fence and athletic dogs may go over or under walls and fences. Small dogs are not safe in the desert. Welcome package warns not to activate tub jets before filling the tub as water will jet out of the jets. Driveway description and pictures are provided in the listing with a statement that drivers with low confidence should park in the street. Garage parking makes turning the cars around easy but some people may be uncomfortable maneuvering cars in limited spaces. The hill is what makes the view so wonderful.

tough stay

The property was not what we expected from the photos.. The barbecue actual went up in flames through the knob cause burns on my left forearm and right fingers need to go to urgent care to be treated.Only know have the scares sacred to disappear.. Photos available... the property showed a pool.. Thought it was cleaned once week it had to be cleaned/skimmed by us everyday due to all the debris that went in from the trees.. Toward then end of our stay we experience ants in various locations of the house.. We couldn't wait to leave but had some personal health issue that forced us to stay. We rented the property to be near the facially and 4-5 week of treatments..

I'm sorry you had a tough stay. There is a new BBQ at the property now, if they get too hot for too long it can damage the valves, I guess that's what happened. There is Amdro Ant bait under the laundry room sink, I wish you had told me so I could take care of the ants. Being in the desert we have to manage all of the critters and after a full month the ants have time to find any food available.
