Welcome to your recently updated home away from home! New appliances, new kitchen, and new paint throughout. Enjoy the panoramic ocean view while you are relaxing on the couch or preparing a drink in the kitchen. As a ground floor unit, you can extend your relaxation directly to the grass and beach. During winter months, you can see whales directly from the living room. The beach is 20 steps away right outside the back door. The corner unit provides more generous sunshine while giving the best privacy in the community.
This is a one bedroom one bathroom ground floor condo unit in the Ma’alaea Banyan complex, about 558 sqft. The ground-floor condo makes it easily accessible and convenient to unload your luggage and groceries while walking directly to nature and the beach. Ma’alaea Banyan has a heated pool and hot tub. It is right in the middle of the building. BBQ near the pool. There is a small sandy beach right outside of the unit.
You can access Maui’s longest sandy beach through Haycraft Park at the end of the road. It is a 5-minutes 0.2-mile walk. The sandy beach stretches for over 3 miles and is perfect for morning, midday, or evening walks.

• Hawaii’s Natural Environment: Hawaii’s beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness.To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
