We want to assure you that the safety of our guests is a top priority, and we have not encountered any untoward incidents with our previous guests. Regarding the smoke detector, we have 2 extra detectors installed in the unit, and the one you observed is in working condition, it's just the cover that got detached. The letter on the front door is from the previous owner, and we have no obligation to fulfill any requirements related to it. We understand your concerns about the neighborhood, however this is something that we no longer have control. Your insights are valuable, and if there are specific areas you'd like us to address or if you have further concerns, please feel free to share.
