Small town living, but close enough to the city for great restaurants, museums, and sightseeing! Fenced in back-yard and two fruit trees in the front of the house.

Well equipped, clean and comfortable property for us to stay while visiting family local to the area. Hosts also accommodated early checkin /late checkout needs which was very much appreciated!

Was a very welcoming home as soon as we stepped in. Location was great along with the neighborhood.

Do not go here during the summer. Air conditioning unit is under powered and does not cool the home. Owner will not allow you to put the thermostat below 70, which means the unit runs 24hrs a day and barely gets the home to 74 degrees. I decided to leave the home 7days early and was not refunded the money for the 7 nights in DID NOT STAY in the hot box of a home.

Josh, We made every reasonable effort to address your concerns and make your stay comfortable, including having a licensed HVAC technician inspect the unit. The technician confirmed the system was functioning properly and noted that you had the thermostat set below 65 degrees. At one point, we also observed it set below 60 degrees. When Texas temperatures reach or exceed 100 degrees, residential HVAC systems can struggle to maintain temperatures that far below the outdoor temperature. Setting the thermostat below 60–65 degrees places an unreasonable demand on the system and does not mean it is malfunctioning. What was most disappointing was the way you communicated with us. Despite our continued efforts to help, your communication was frequently rude, disrespectful, and unnecessarily difficult. We remained responsive and professional throughout your stay and expected the same courtesy in return. We took your concerns seriously, brought in a licensed professional, and did everything reasonably possible to accommodate you. Based on your conduct and treatment of the property, we would not welcome you back or recommend you to other hosts.

The rooms were very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was great for cooking and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. We didn’t bring any pets or children

Great home in Floresville

We are a family of 4 and the house offered plenty of space and everyone had their own space. The house is beautiful and very clean in a great neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay there and will look to stay there again when we return to Floresville.

New in town.

Very nice property. Easy to get around Floresville from this propert. Neighborhood was quiet. Large open floor plan. Nice to have garage due to rain and security.

Wonderful stay in Floresville

My wife, little dog and I were in Floresville to visit family. Photos do not do this home justice. The house in very new, clean, and comfortable. We loved the open concept design. The Family/TV room was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and much larger than expected. We enjoyed staying in a small town, but could be to downtown San Antonio in 30-35 minutes (non-rush hour). We will stay here again in the future.
