Innisfree takes its name from the famous W.B. Yeats poem, “The Lake Isle of Innisfree”. Its themes of tranquility and natural splendor are evident throughout this beautiful vacation home and will stay with you long after heading back to the city.

Located at the furthest end of Horseshoe Park, Innisfree looks out on an expansive green lawn where you can watch your family play volleyball, kickball, or frisbee while cooking in the kitchen or relaxing on the front porch. The back deck is perfect for bird watching, naps and intimate get togethers. Just beyond the park is a small farm with a barn, horses and orchards. Behind the house are woods perfect for exploring and fort building, and every visit is guaranteed to have multiple deer sightings. Innisfree puts you a stone’s throw from tennis/pickleball, basketball, walking and mountain biking trails. In one direction walk a little further to the outdoor Sunrise pool and fitness facilities or towards town another few minutes to enjoy the indoor Cresent pool. After a day of adventuring and activities, visit downtown Seabrook for the best restaurants, bars, and shopping on the NW coast.

With three floors of living space Innisfree easily sleeps 16. Thoughtfully furnished to appeal to all ages, it holds a special magic for the little ones! With hardwood floors on the main and basement level and carpet on the top floor, we have striven to cater to every detail that you would want in a home away from home.

The basement floor is where you’ll find mermaid and pirate themed bunk rooms (8 bunk beds total with 2 pullout trundles) and a full bathroom. There is a media room with a 75 inch flat screen TV, sectional, board games, play dress up clothes, and a play kitchen. The basement is also home to the Whale Room with its own ensuite bathroom. For your convenience you will find a laundry room with towels for the beach and hot tub.

The main floor is where you will find the kitchen and main living room. Near the rear entrance to the deck you will find a conveniently appointed powder room. The kitchen has an oversized island and a 6 burner gas stove. Amongst the many kitchen appliances we have provided you will find a kitchenaid mixer, pressure cooker and griddle, along with ample utensils, serveware and tools to delight even the most discerning of gourmet cooks and thrill the entertainer. There is also a well stocked cabinet of commonly used spices and cooking essentials. The island has seating for 4 and the dining room has seating for 10. The living room is off the kitchen so no one has to miss out on the conversations. There is a tv for catching sports or your latest favorite hit show, or for the quieter folks there is a fireplace, providing the perfect spot sitting and reading with a mug of your favorite warm drink. The main floor includes another primary bedroom, Orange Crush, with an ensuite bathroom.

The top floor includes the Captain’s Quarters and Into Navy and 2 ensuite bathrooms and a little reading area with antique theater chairs. Into Navy’s closet houses a small folding desk for those who may require to work while away from home.

The rear entrance to the deck has a 10+ seating outdoor sectional and cooler for drinks. Our outdoor area also includes a hot tub off the ground floor entrance, a firepit with chairs, and around the side of the house an outdoor Weber 6 burner grill with a large dining table.

Innisfree is a pet friendly home. We kindly ask that our furry friends be limited to the main and basement floors and not on the carpeted upstairs. In line with Seabrook’s pet policy, please keep pets off of furniture and clean up or report any accidents as soon as they occur (you will find cleaning supplies for small pet accidents in the laundry room). Pets are required to be in kennels if left in homes unattended per policy.
