NO PETS
Pets are not allowed: There are no pets allowed on the Property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, you will be charged $100 per day as well as any additional cleaning charges. Service animals will be allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

POOL HEATING
Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature, and we do not offer pool heating during those times. That’s when it’s hot tub season! You can enjoy and control the hot tub at no additional cost.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in its immediate surroundings.

PARTIES
Maximum of 8 people and absolutely no parties or events are allowed.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. every night and end at 9 a.m. every morning. Please consider the neighbors and be nice.

PARKING
For your safety, please park your vehicles in the garage. Garage door openers are available for your convenience.

TRASH
Trash collection happens every Wednesday around 7am. If you happen to have a lot of trash, there are two city trash bins in the alley.

This house is registered with the City of Plano and complies with Chapter 6, Article XXIV, of the City of Plano Code of Ordinance, Registration of Short-term Rental Properties. 8 guest maximum and no parties or events are allowed.
