This is a beautiful, very modern, newly built studio. Enjoy the island while living comfortably in this suite that offers a full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and laundry room. We are conveniently located in the Western District, within walking distance of the beach, the World Famous Fish Fry, and Downtown Nassau. There is also a lake within walking distance where you can unwind and enjoy a calming morning walk or relaxing evening stroll

Honest Property Owner

I am very happy to say the apartment pictures advertised on Vrbo matches the actual apartment. We live in a world that what you see online is not what you get in person. I appreciate Raquell (Apartment Owner) for being true and honest. Raquell responded right away with any questions i had regarding the apartment. My stay at the apartment was comfortable and safe!!!! Best find in Nassau

Came for business and booked last minute. The host was super nice and responded quickly. Everything about this host is why you should consider her place. For the first thing, this place had central air. If you know you know… that is rare in a rental in Bahamas anywhere!! Second, the place is modern and very luxurious. The TV did fail while we were there but the owner had it replaced mounted and working before I came back from work that day… amazing. The location is great and in a safe neighborhood. Close to everything but far enough to not be too congested. Without questions, I am coming to this property on my next visit…. If it is available.

Wonderful place to stay

The place was clean and cozy. My husband suffers from back issues and we always worry about beds and ease of access for him, and this was very conducive for his needs, and the bed was comfortable and supportive for him. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed, and the laundry was very helpful as well. It is advertised as a studio, but there was plenty of space for a couple to relax. It was just perfect for us. The neighborhood was safe and in a great location for tourists. The host was very quick and responsive with questions, including those about the island in general. She was just great to work with. We highly recommend Raquell and her property!

Beautiful studio

The studio is new and beautiful. It is impeccably clean and maintained wonderfully. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager, Raquell was very patient with me. I had a lot of questions since this my first stay at this property. I liked the gated front to the property. Two small things that i would like to see is a hand held showerhead since the water pressure is a little weak and a bigger nightstand. I will definitely be returning to this property for my next visit.

I absolutely loved my stay at this gorgeous condo!! Coming from the airport, the directions were straightforward and I was able to get access to the condo easily. The condo was so clean and absolutely adorable, it had everything I needed and honestly was so much better than staying in a hotel. The location was great, you're a few minute walk from the beach and close to everything else. My first day there, it was raining but it was so nice to have a cozy condo - I enjoyed my day inside because the condo was so nice. The host was so sweet, she went out of her way one of the days to make sure I had figured out a way to get dinner. She was a great communicator and was timely with her responses to me. I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH. My stay at this condo made my whole trip smooth and incredible!

Amazing amazing amazing

I cannot say ENOUGH about this place. First of all, the host is the best host I've ever had. It was my first time visiting The Bahamas, and I really wanted to make sure I went to some of the best spots. Raquell (the host) messaged me with all kinds of things to do, from beaches to food, drinks, and other fun activities. She was so nice and communicated with me the whole time I was there to make sure my stay was the best stay. Second, the studio apartment was SOOOO cute and spacious. I really, really felt like I was at home. It was so comfortable. On top of all that, the location was perfect. It was right near the Fish Fry and some very beautiful beaches. If you're looking for your next place to stay while in The Bahamas, this is it!!!!!
