The hostess was very accommodating and the property is in such a great location. Just a few blocks from the beach and has an inland waterway right in the backyard. I would stay here again!

The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The beach is a very short walk away and you can hear the waves in the distance. The area is very well cared for and the people quite friendly. Our host, Jules, went out of her way to make us feel at ease and welcomed. We were overall very impressed!

Absolute dream spot for anyone wanting to be nice and secluded but not too distant from town. Very private and right on two water fronts. Cozy as well as easy to get in and out. Good mix of amenities and kitchenware if you're planning on making yourself at home.

We were very happy with the apartment and the host was very accommodating. We did hear the people upstairs walking. Overall, we liked it very much and would stay there again.

Adorable one bedroom

Hosts were extremely accommodating and in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Such a wonderful stay.

My daughter and I had such a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, peaceful and perfectly sized for 2. The short walk to the beach was incredible convenient and easy. Jules was an absolute delight, she offered us tips about the area and assisted us at check in to ensure we found our way. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning.

Wonderful stay at beach bay

The rental was very clean, with easy beach access. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owners were very friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. Looking forward to returning for another stay!!

This apartment is so cute & cozy! Very conveniently located to Sandbridge Beach. Perfect for our short little getaway! Owner was very good with communicating! We had zero issues! Loved meeting Lucy too

Excellent place for vacation. I had my daughter with me and we loved our own private space, excellent beach access and even better accommodations from our hosts Jules and Scott. Communication was excellent on their part and they were so nice to myself and daughter. I would say they were always going an extra mile for us to make our stay feel very welcoming. We will be back for sure!

10 out of 10. Couldn’t ask for a better place for the weekend.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Very clean and bright space. Jules and Scott are incredible people and were very welcoming. Overall great stay and great location. There are some really good local restaurants as well!

It was a great pleasure to have the lovely cottage style vacation spot! Nicely decorated, Fully equipped with everything you ever would need.Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Owners were great and quick with resolution when we had a problem with the TV. Silly but came quick and fixed it Great place to stay!

Really beautiful apartment. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because there was a slight musty basement smell.

Accommodating hosts-cute apartment

Jules and Scott were excellent hosts - checking if we needed anything and being very responsive. The smart tv was a nice amenity allowing easy access to our Netflix account. A short 2 block walk to a lovely beach. Bikes and chairs were provided it unfortunately it was way too hot to spend much time outdoors. This would be a great stay any time of year.

Comfy Beach Access

The room was very comfortable, with full bathroom, kitchen, couch/TV area, closet and a bedroom. Beach towels and bikes are provided, and it is a 5-minute walk to Sandbridge Beach. Compared to Virginia Beach, Ocean City and other locations, this is a quiet neighborhood with less crowded beaches. It was a great rental for our anniversary, and gave us quiet beach time and easy 10-minute drive access to excellent restaurants and full grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Sandbridge Beach and this property. Beaches just a short walk in a nice upscale neighborhood. Small grocery nearby but a quick drive to Food Lion and others and tons of restaurants. Property has a well equipped kitchen, good comfy bed, and lovely furnishings. Can hear a few footsteps upstairs but nothing loud. Owners were excellent communicators. Ants a bit of an issue but we were just careful not to leave spills or crumbs. Loved our stay and highly recommend.
