Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Host was efficient in answering questions. Kitchen had all the equipment needed. Great place!

Beautiful location, beautiful property. The house is well appointed and comfortable, the hosts very welcoming and responsive. Plenty of towels and tissue boxes - we traveled with three generations! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and there is a gas grill on the porch. Four outdoor sitting areas (porch, patio of lower level, fire pit and fishing/boating pier), cement steps into river for swimming.

Family reunion/wedding. Lake house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for our group of 16. Kitchen was well equipped and gas stove was great. Dining room and family room were plenty big for our group. We did not use the gathering area in basement much but that was a great space. House was close to grocery stores which was convenient. We had 7 vehicles to park and hosts were helpful with parking 2 extra cars. We had fun jet skiing and boating. We hope to stay again in future.

Quiet neighborhood. River access. Can fish off dock. Large yard area. Fire pit. Clean, cozy, comfortable house. Great for families. Close to town and restaurants. Second time we’ve stayed and will go back. Brian and Dan are great!

Great, Family, Friendly Home

The home was a good size and had all the accommodations we needed! Being on the water was fun for the kids and it was close to Janesville and Madison for more family fun!

Very nice cabin!:)

Cabin was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the layout was great for our family. Host was super helpful. Definitely recommend!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. It feels like a cabin, but it has all the modern conveniences you need. It's very well kept and well stocked. And the owners are great to work with, always easy to contact. Looking forward to next year!

Don't hesitate to stay at this property. Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked and I'm saying for "10 people and more" Hosts, are the best I've had the pleasure of renting from. The coffee bar and smores kit was a nice touchBut the best is sittings around a huge fire pit with friends.Great place! The 10 Pak.

Beautiful river retreat

We spent a long weekend here and we loved it. Owner responded quick when needed. Would definitely want to come back.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren for a 4 day getaway to celebrate my 60th birthday. 18 of us had an incredible and memorable time at the Rock River resort...beautiful, fun and relaxing property.

Relaxing location

Overall the place was nice. It had plenty of outdoor space for group activities. The house itself had plenty of room for people to kick back and hang out. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious so it was able to fit everyone. I’d recommend staying at this place.

Awesome Getaway

My family and a few friends stayed here for our annual golf trip. We booked for 14 people and our stay was incredible. Perfect for large families and the 2 grills were perfect for all meals without crowding the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements were plentyful and it was close to stores while separated from neighbors. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!

Brothers golf outing

9 (senior) brothers golf outing. Accomodations worked out great.house was stocked well, great attention to detail, and host answered any questions we had. Perfect setting. Thanks to host and would recommend.

Nice and Convenient

Nice neighborhood - quiet. Right on the river. Easy to find. Clean. Plenty of space for a large group. Several towns and restaurants within a short drive. Would rent there again.

Wakkee Paddlers Kayak Group

Very impressed with the property was perfect location for all of our Kayaking needs. Sandy Beach was completely underwater and fire pit due to high waters, but we may do by making that our kayak launch and moving the fire to the patio

Pretty views

The house had really nice views to a forest. Also had an amazing view to the river right behind the house. Fishing was really good. Caught 3 catfish and 1 pike really good size fish. Was an a peace calm area. It was a really chill relax vacation.

What a great week!

My kids, grandkids, and I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It has big spaces where all of us could be together, but there are smaller areas if you want to be off by yourself. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The owners are great to work with. I’ve already booked our stay for next year. packing
