The property was very clean- the living room, kitchen,bedrooms and bathroom were just perfect with luggage racks and well stocked with all the essentials. As the 4th of July was VERY HOT and humid- the cottage was nice and cool. A very pleasant visit and stay!!

Loved our stay here! Everything was clean, check-in was super easy, and the host communicated quickly. The location was perfect being so close to the beach, and it was a great value for the price. Would definitely book again!

Great location; walk to restaurants and shops. Can walk to the beach but there is plenty of parking. Great to bring the dog along. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything is nice and new; well maintained.

The Cottage made our visit to Pass Christian extraordinary. It was lain out exactly as the pictures that are posted on VRBO, clean and immaculate inside, and so close to the beach. We will be coming again to stay at the Cottage!

THE BEST STAY I'VE HAD

Caroline's place is so charming and perfect. It's absolutely beautiful and has everything one could need. Great location and we felt completely safe. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful place. We will be back!

Dreamy coastal getaway!

Our 3-night stay at pelican’s nest was amazing. The cottage was very neat, clean and cozy. The property was easy to access with plenty nearby restaurants and shops. It was also a walkable distance from the beach. Caroline was such a great host! We truly enjoyed our visit.

Friendly meetup

This was a short meet-up with a friend from Texas. Pass Christian was a convenient mid-way meeting point. February is a really nice, relaxed time to be there. We loved the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable open plan of the kitchen/living room area, and the privacy of the two bedrooms. A perfect place for hanging out, and then walking along the beach or Scenic Drive.

Lovely getaway!

Book this cottage and get away from at all! Such a quaint lovely place. You feel like you’re living your Pinterest dreams in this cottage! Caroline has thought of everything from coozies and coffee to detergent pods and shampoo! Such a great hostess with great communication skills and obviously a very considerate, accommodating property manger! Can’t wait to go back and stay longer!

It was Perfect

Everything was perfect. The beds where super comfy and so was the couch. The kitchen was super nice. We did bring a folding table to use instead of the coffee table but thats because we needed a bigger game table. It was definitely the right place to hangout with my friends. Perfect amount of space. Will keep this in mknd for furture trips.

Cute coastal home

My husband and I decided to take a long weekend trip to visit our son who is in tech school at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi. Through a good friend, I was referred to stay in Pass Christian while there. I can’t wait to return! It is such a cute area and this home was central to everything that we did! Caroline was awesome in her communication and the house was clean and immaculate and had everything that we needed. We will definitely, stay here again the next time we come to visit! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
