Fun Filled Lake House with access to water
Spacious 4 bed, 2 bath home with game room and access to the lake! The home sits on a half acre! Make some memories at this family-friendly place by Fishing off the dock, playing some Corn Hole, BBQ, or outside campfire! Want to be inside? Play pool on our pool table or play on the 2 arcade machines! The game room has a couch bed and also a trundle on the other bed! Have kids? They can enjoy the small kid bed in the master bedroom or the pack-and-play! Come play and make memories at our home!
I am available by phone or text anytime. It’s a quiet neighborhood with private gate access. Uber is scarce in Granbury. Make sure you have a car so that you can carpool to great spots like the Square and Stumpy's!
✅On check-out day. Please strip the bed sheets and pillow cases, but leave the pillow protectors on. Place bedding and towels in the laundry room for the cleaning person. 🧹
✅If you are checking out, or staying at the home on a Tuesday, please place the green trash bin🗑️ at the curb. Wednesday morning is trash day! Please put the green trash bins at the top of the driveway once it has been picked up.
🔥Follow any local burn ban rule
🚫NO furniture 🪑is to be moved or taken from inside / out, or vice versa.
🚫Do not take the white interior towels outside. If towels are stained there will be an additional charge of 💵 $5 per towel. Same goes for bedding, if any bedding/blankets are ruined you will receive an additional charge 💵 of $20 per piece that has to be replaced.
✅Use the colorful beach towels located in the basket 🧺by the back door for the outside kid pool.
✅ Double-check that you did not leave any personal belongings! ‼️ PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE BACKYARD! If damage occurs to sprinkler heads, you will be charged.
❗If check-out procedures are not followed and I receive an additional charge from the cleaning crew you will be held responsible for the💵 additional charges.💵 Late check-outs are not permitted if you do not leave by your scheduled check-out time of 11 am there will be a $40 late check-out fee charged.

Had a great time, the closed in yard was perfect with my 2 year old. House was clean and owner was super friendly and helpful.

This house was a perfect lake vacation get away for my daughters birthday! The property was beautiful and easy access to the boat dock. The homeowner was extremely friendly and responded to messages quickly. We will definitely be back!

The home was nice and clean. The host responds quickly to all questions you may have. He was very accommodating to the requests we had. I would highly recommend this property!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The house feels very homey and inviting. The kitchen has everything you need, and it's all good quality items. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at this property! The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. My children’s enjoyed the game room !! Was a very “welcoming feel” and super relaxing area! Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect place for our family to get together to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had several children 2-7 yrs and every single one of them enjoyed the back yard. The big kids are still talking about that TREE. Oh my goodness that is the best tree! We felt safe to let them run since there was the fence separating us from the water. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Labor day Family Getaway
Loved our first trip to Lake Granbury. The house was perfect! It is a fantastic place for 1 or 2 families!

Girls Trip
Weekend girls trip with friends. House was clean very roomy & had everything we needed. Very close to town & restaurants. We had a blast!

Lake get away
This was a fair priced home, with access to the lake down the back yard. It was a nice place to stay and enjoy a weekend away with friends. The neighbors were great aswell.

We had a great time at the house! The game room and large kitchen table allowed us to have lots of room to play. The toddler sleeping arrangements worked out great for us and loved that there was a high chair as well.

Ladies Weekend
Property was perfect. Our small ladies group of friends had such a fun weekend and lived our stay.

Perfect Stay
Lance was such a wonderful host and we definitely felt at home away from home! Our kids (and us adults) loved the game room and enjoyed all the outside amenities. The place was perfectly cleaned and had everything we could need while we were there. We can’t wait to stay here again when we are in the area!

It was a wonderful place for a staycation
We decided to have a staycation for Thanksgiving. The location was ideal for everyone to be able to meet and have fun doing things we would not be able to do at home. The game room was a blast for the younger adults, fishing was fun, all and all it was a great place

Great Girls Getaway
My friends and I stayed for my birthday. We had a great time. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Area was super quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Great getaway
What a lovely home! It had everything we needed for the weekend. Wish I would have brought my younger children bc it had a great set up for them.

Great getaway spot
Property is in a great location, inside a gated community that feels very safe. The process of getting through the gate was very easy and gave a great peace of mind. The property itself was a perfect spot for us to come back and relax after a long day of running races. We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available next year during the races.

We love the Indian Harbor community because its on the outskirts of town where its nice a peaceful! It's still close enough to town to enjoy a nice lunch date or evening drinks!
